It was a great experience with Reema gibe builders to develop our basement. They made a plan and sticks to all the timings to finish the project on time. Whenever we made request for any change, they were open to consider it. Multiple selections were available to choose ( colour, carpeting, lighting, bathroom, tiles etc.). Thanks to the team for great work.

We recently had our basement finished by ReImagine Builders and had we are very pleased with the whole experience. We got estimates from several companies before deciding on ReImagine, and it was very clear from the start that they were the best choice for us. Several companies came in and gave us quotes without even measuring the basement or asking what type of finishes we were thinking about or providing us with any idea of what type of finishes their quotes included. Another company gave us an elaborate sales pitch, but seemed reluctant to allow us to provide out own materials if their suppliers couldn't provide them. They also spoke negatively about their competitors which we found to be very unprofessional. Bo came over to look at our basement and gave us a thourough breakdown of their standard basement package, and a good idea of what the upgrades we were looking at would cost. He had no problems with us supplying some of the materials after checking with his supplier if they were able to provide them (we had very specific ideas of what lighting fixtures and tiles we wanted in the bathroom), and gave us his honest opinion about different options we were considering and where to spend and save. He was able to come back a second time so that we could ask him more questions, and we were able to make several changes to the estimate until we were happy with everything! Peggy and Kloe were excellent to work with and managed the schedule perfectly throughout the entire project. All the contractors were great and the neighbours even commented that you couldn't even tell renovations were taking place because all the materials and garbage were taken directly into and out of the basement and hauled away without needing to use any kind of dumpster or staging area outside of the house. The floors from the front door to the basement stayed covered and protected throughout the entire project, and everything was cleaned up after every stage of the project. The new basement is wonderful, and finished to a very high standard. If we had any issues, I am confident that ReImagine would do what was needed to resolve it. We are very pleased that we chose ReImagine to finish our basement, and would have no hesitation at all to recommend them to anyone looking to finish their space!

ReImagine Builders has just completed the construction of our basement. The process from the first day we worked with ReImagine until the completion day has been incredibly satisfying. We've asked a few contractors to submit a quotation for the unfinished basement and chose Reimagine Builders as they have answered all of our questions, made suggestions on how the space can look and be more functional and the only one that did not require any initial deposit. We were very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of work done. Staff and workers are very professional and would always consult us on how we would want things to look like. They also finished the project on time and on budget. Keep up the good work!

ReImagine was great for the whole experience of our basement Reno. Bo did a great job of getting the floor plan to be just what we wanted, and the contractors that came in for each piece of the work were great. Big shout out to the frame team that came back to rework the staircase corner framing to make the landing as big as possible. It has made all the difference! ReImagine was great about making sure that everything was working and finished just how we wanted, coming back and checking in with us many times until we were happy. Thanks so much for our new basement!

We received many quotes and met with many contractors before settling on Reimagine Builders. Right from the beginning we felt like Bo was professional and approachable and committed to doing the job well. He and his team did not disappoint!!! Khloe and Peggy were so friendly and available and dedicated to making my vision come to life. David and Josh did the walk throughs with us and had great attention to detail and resolved every issue we came to them with in a timely manner.  In addition to them being a great team to work with, we found that we barely needed too choose any upgrades. All of the standard options were good quality, and aesthetically pleasing and we had a wide variety to choose from. This,ofcourse, helped us keep our cost down without compromising on our vision. I would 100% recommend Reimagine Builders and already have to our friends looking to do their own renovations.

We had Bo and Reimagine builders redo part of our basement to improve the warm and enjoyability of our recently developed basement. We originally had the basement developed earlier in 2021 by one of Bo’s main competitors. The project was completed on time and budget. At the end of the job, we had some concerns with the temperature in our basement. We wanted to make some changes to improve things, but the original contractor was not interested in working with us anymore. We called Bo and even we worked with someone else, he came by, made some good suggestions and agreed to work with us. Despite the fact it was a relatively small job, the work was professionally planned and executed. His team went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% happy. This was a step change improvement from the experience we had with our original contractor. My biggest regret is not working with Bo in the first place. Don’t make the same mistake, just call Bo.

Have hired Reimagine to finish our basement and have liked it so far. What I like about them is the communication, quality workmanship and their flexibility to adhere to our requests without sacrificing timeline and cost.

We are so happy that we chose Re-Imagine to develop our basement! The timeline was very important to us and they stuck to the finish date that they gave us at the beginning of the project. Everyone that we worked with was very nice, including all of the tradespeople. This was our first time embarking of a project of this scope in our home so we had many questions but we always received quick and helpful answers. Overall, we had a great experience and we will (and already have!) recommend Re-Imagine to our friends and family.

I am extremely pleased with the work performed by Reimagine Builders on my basement build. My reno was about 550 square feet including a full bathroom and a wet bar. There was no roughed in plumbing existing so that added more complexity to the project as well. Bo did an excellent job to come close to my budget and came in about 10% less that the next lowest bid. The work was performed as promised, on time with no surprise extra charges at the end. Any questions or concerns I had during the process were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. All the trades that came in were courteous and respectful of my property. Thank you Bo, Kloe, Peggy, Josh and David for a job that has exceeded my expectations. Sincerely, Garry.
