The team at Reimagine Builders did a great job on our basement development, top-notch all the way! Our project was a smaller job in the basement of a new (less than 18 months old) townhouse. The job was under 500 sqft and was finished within the 10-week guarantee (9 weeks) and on budget. This was a simple plan with an office, bedroom with a walk-in closet, 3-piece bathroom and then a non-finished storage room and mechanical room. We also had them finish the stairs from the basement to the main floor in LVP to match the flooring in the new basement. No job ever goes perfect and ours was no exception. Anytime there was an issue, question, or we changed our minds the Reimagine team was quick to reply and remedy the situation ASAP. We even discovered a faulty tub facet after the job had been completed for about a month, and with one quick text, a new part was ordered and installed as soon as it arrived. We would recommend Reimagine and their team to anyone looking to have their basement renovated or developed.

We had such a great experience with Reimagine. They were organized and provided a clear schedule. The were responsive to our questions and corrected things along the way in a very professional way. I have no concerns recommending them. Our basement was finished on time and on budget (which I know is rare in renovations).

Reimagine Builders did a wonderful job in developing my basement. From the initial meeting with Oscar, to the kick-off meeting with Khloe and Peggy was smooth. They provided me with expert advice on some changes I requested and was prompt in addressing any questions I had. The best part of their service was the trades people. The trades people were very respectful, kind, punctual. I can't say enough good words about the trades people who did the actual construction. My basement was completed within the timeline I was given and I'm super happy with my new basement space. I'll definitely recommend Reimagine Builders to anyone looking to develop their basement.

We needed a full basement development done. From insulation, rough-in, framing etc. from the beginning, we had. A great experience with the team. From the initial drawing, we were able to move things around to best suite our needs. Once we agreed, they gave us a schedule of when things would happen and they were always on time. All the contractors were very professional throughout the process. Our project managers Peggy and Kloe were absolutely wonderful to deal with as well! I would highly recommend Reimagine builders for your next project!

Reimagine Builders exceeded every expectation we had! The schedule and budget was laid out cleanly before the project began with every stage of the renovation having an individual time window to be completed. Every design decision we had to make was communicated to us in advance and Kloe was always available to provide as much or as little input as we desired. Every vendor/supplier used in the project was stand-up and professional - we never felt as if any corners were ever being cut. Our home was always respected by the tradesmen/women coming and going and we were always informed of any modifications to the typical workday or schedule. Reimagine was always open to any changes we wanted to make to the design during the process and went above and beyond when we had concerns. We were extremely diligent in doing our research with other companies before signing on with Reimagine and called many former clients to verify reviews - everyone felt the same way as us - that Reimagine is a solid company who delivers a beautiful, quality product on time and on budget. We would choose Reimagine again and again!

Reimagine Builders were amazing from the get go. From the quote to our finished basement, from the admin staff to the project managers and trades, despite any of the challenges or shortages they had to deal with, they run things like a well oiled machine! All the trades came in when expected, were very professional and efficient, and the work shows for itself. Reimagine knows what they are doing and we are very happy with our finished basement and cannot recommend Reimagine Builders enough.

Our experience with Reimagine Builders was great. Our finished basement is stunning, high quality and the project was completed exactly on schedule and as per the original budget/price. Every interaction we had with them was very positive. From the initial conversations to the day to day coordination with the project managers and the trades. We appreciated the proactive nature of the communication. A couple of things that really stood out to us (compared to other builders) were the flexibility in picking finishes (incl. providing your own), being able to make customizations without significant price increases, and the overall cleanliness (they provided protective padding for our entrance, no bin on the driveway etc.). Thanks for the great work. We will definitely recommend Reimagine to anyone looking to finish their basement.
