These guys were great, right from the top down. We are really happy with our basement development. They did an excellent job but more than that, everyone in the company is super responsive, good communicators and really organized. Peggy in the office runs a super tight ship - our job was finished exactly the day they promised. All in all it was an excellent experience. You will not regret going with this company. We couldn't have had a better experience and are really happy with the results.

Very happy with my basement. Their team was really nice to work with, and finished the job in quite a tight schedule (under my request). They sold me a basic package, but were flexible enough to accommodate some of my "special" requests - as long as these didn't impact the budget or the schedule, of course. Advised me on a number of things, changed some details here and there based on my needs, always keeping everything code-compliant. The materials included in the basic package are pretty good to my taste. Excellent experience for me.

I cannot thank ReImagine Builders enough for the great work in completing our basement. We are thrilled with the results and cannot wait to share it with our friends and family. All the trades were respectful, timely and a pleasure to have around, amidst all the chaos going on around us. Having all of the material selections set up through the vendors was such a stress relief for my wife and I. From the very get go, Bo was so quick to respond with a quote, Peggy was fantastic with responses and keeping me up to date on what was happening, along with timelines, Josh was great at following up with last minute items, and all of the contractors were professional, clean and really nice and were all very reliable! If you're renovating your space, you NEED to hire these guys! You won't be disappointed!

Reimagine builders were a pleasure to deal with. Peggy, our main contact during the project, was always available whenever we had questions and Josh was a very involved project manager. We are so happy with the final product.

We came across Reimagine just in time to get our completely unfinished basement developed right before Christmas. Reimagine took the time to understand our needs and wants as we wanted to do something that wasn't quite standard. Bo took the time to get the design just right and answer all of our questions. When the planning and build process took over, everything was done on time, in fact they completed it a day early for us to get in and enjoy Christmas in our new basement. Bo, Peggy and Josh went the extra mile to ensure everything was done exactly right and on time. They were incredibly patient with our design and construction questions. The project was handled professionally from start to finish - and we never had to worry once about a cost or time overrun. Most importantly, they took the time to try and address our unique needs and concerns and not try to just push us through the process. I would highly recommend Reimagine - in fact I wish they did more than basements and garage renos as we'd have them in to renovate the rest of our house!! The team was professional responsive and went the extra mile, making the whole experience rewarding, thank you Reimagine!

The house we bought had a basement that hadn’t been touched since it was built, and ReImagine Builders brought it up to code and finished it beautifully -on time and on budget. Peggy was a delight to deal with and all the trades were professional and friendly. Kind of sucks that the nicest part of my house is now the basement but we’re grateful and we love it!

I cant say enough good things about this company! Every step of my basement development has not only been efficient but beyond professionally completed! Every trades person was awesome, and Josh is amazing at organizing it all!! I would 100% reccomend this company for any home project!

We recently got our basement developed by Reimagine Builders and we are extremely happy and satisfied!!! Our basement had a weird layout and Bo (owner) came up with such a great design we never thought of on his initial visit. The quote he gave us was also almost $3,000 lower than the other company who came to give us a quote. Peggy (Project Manager) was so friendly, approachable and always goes an extra mile to ensure everything is going smoothly and on schedule. She is VERY, VERY prompt at addressing any issues or concerns which totally made things stress free while we were getting our basement developed. Josh (Quality Controller) ensured everything done by the the workers were exceptional and up to standards. He was straight to the point, focused on solutions and ensured all our expectations were met. All the workers were very courteous and professional. We have received great compliments from friends and family and we definitely recommend them 100%!!! Thank you to the whole Reimagine Builders team for doing such a great job with our basement.
