    Staging my home for sale

    I was lucky enough to find this company through my realtor and boy was I surprised by their services. Not only did they provide me with beautiful staging which suited the style for my home, but they also provided me with excellent contractors to help put my home in tip top shape. Before I had found them, I was overwhelmed by the amount of work involved in preparing my home for sale. An excellent company/all in one stop shop to help you if your looking for a little help or even a lot. They are efficient, reliable, friendly, creative, affordable and easy to work with and work around your schedule. I would def use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. My home was on the market for 1 day and sold in a bidding war in 1 day over asking. Very pleased with the outcome.

    Organization

    Needed some help with our busy lives...company was professional, fast and amazing!!!! When they left, I had a huge weight lifted off my shoulder! The team was efficient and friendly and did a great job!

    Garage and shed organization

    Our garage has been such a disaster that I have been actively avoided going in there. If I had to go in to drag something out, it was always so frustrating as everything had to be moved around the stacked boxes and piles of junk in there. I finally realized that my good intentions had come to naught over many years and hired a team from Simply Home Downsizing. The day before they arrived I realized that it would probably make sense to deal with our back shed at the same time, as it was so stuffed with old junk that I hadn't been inside it in years. Pauline happily accommodated this last minute request. The team arrived and did an extraordinary job of sorting the masses of stuff in both the garage and shed while at the same time building new shelving units. I carried on with my day and would occasionally be called in to make decisions. They were so effective that they finished early and moved into our basement to start reorganizing our inside storage area. Our shed and garage are now neatly organized with excess, unused storage space and items have been logically stored in the appropriate location (e.g. it's winter so summer sports gear is in the shed and winter sports are in the garage for easy access). With the extra space in the garage, there is a spillover effect on the whole house as we have been able to move tools and other appropriate items into the garage. And as an extra bonus, they tidied up the basement storage area and created a secondary pantry with shelving. I am thrilled with team and the work they did. They were extremely efficient but still sympathetic to the difficulty I had making decisions at times or parting with certain items. It is liberating to be rid of all the junk we no longer needed, and I am very happy that items in good condition have been donated to others who need them. At the end of day I felt like a reality show contestant who cries with joy at the big reveal.

    Home downsizing/decluttering

    Simply home helped us with preparing my elderly fathers home for a move into a much smaller retirement apartment. The helped us with several facets of the project- from decluttering and organizing rooms to facilitating the move and setting up the new space. Always compassionate and respectful, both my father and I felt we could rely on their service to complete jobs which were otherwise unattainable due to size or due to the overwhelming nature of the task!

    Condo clearout

    Wow, what a fantastic job Simply Home did for us! We were facing the daunting task of clearing out our parents' condo, where they had lived for nearly 40 years. As you might imagine, there was a LOT of "stuff"... but Pauline and her crew made it easy. They packed everything up and moved it out in just one day, with much of it donated to charitable causes, including a women's shelter. We couldn't be happier with the service. Five gold stars!!

    Staging

    They did an amazing job reorganizing my house (and my life). They were extremely accommodating with the fact that I have 4 children living in the house during the sale and make it easy to prep for showings while keeping some precious things belonging to the kids in their rooms. Both my houses sold in a week thanks to Rosalind and her team!

    Home organizing

    We used Simply Home Downsizing for home organizing and de-cluttering, as we get ready for a renovation. They were responsive, professional and friendly. A true pleasure to deal with!

    Downsizing

    The professional and courteous staff made this process far easier than I ever expected! Every step of the way great care was taken with our home and belongings. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone!

    Staging, Decluttering

    Simply Home Downsizing went well above and beyond the call of duty and I think it’s fair to say, without them, things could have turned out very differently. They were intelligent in their analysis of what needed to be done. To say they were miracle workers seems fitting. Rarely have I been so impressed by anybody, let alone an entire team of professionals. They maned the decluttering process, leveraged my own furniture and added the necessary pieces to create a home so beautiful, I has second thoughts about selling it. They worked wonders with the finishing touches to create an overall look and feel I would not have thought possible. Their team was highly efficient, courteous, professional and talented. With regard to pricing I found them to be very fair. In the end, I got the price I had hoped for and it was well worth the cost I paid Simply Home.

    Simply Amazing!

    What happens when a chronic procrastonator finds herself with less than a week to pack up a 5 bedroom house? Call the Simply Home team! Pauline and her team came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. Within hours of my initial call Pauline arrived at my house. She formulated a plan to organize, purge, pack and move me just a few days. At 7am the next morning her team arrived full of smiles and ready to go. They were incredible to work with. Within two days my entire house was organized, packed, and moved. Moving is stressful. Do yourself a favour and call the Simply Home team!
