    organizing and pre and post renovation and move!

    Rosalind and here team are thoughtful, kind,efficient and beyond capable. Rosalind has helped many of my clients with down sizing and pre sale preparations and staging. Rosalind's kind and thoughtful approach makes her a trusted and respected partner of my team .

    Fantastic service

    I first called Rosalind and then met up with Pauline from "Simple Home Decluttering Inc." to explain that I really needed help with decluttering and downsizing. She went over the pricing and what would be accomplished. A team of 3 came over and Pauline came later to help. The entire team was fantastic, each one of them tackled an area and labelled everything. I was asked to make some decisions in regards to what I want to keep or donate. There was never any pressure on what I should keep or not and never any judgement on how my house looked before it became so organized. I would highly recommend them because they work so well together as a team and with me. I plan on hiring them again in the Spring for another project. I also learned a great deal about how they do things so this will help me maintain the house and not let it get disorganized again. They are a committed team and passionate about what they do and make customers feel great. After this past project, I treated myself to flowers just o give as Simple touch to my now Simple Home!

    Renovations

    I found this company exceptional!! The crew were very friendly and efficient... Doing a home renovation myself was a very daunting task.. Their organization skills was beyond helpful.. dealing with packing, unpacking & downsizing...Their knowledge on contacts (eg. storage lockers,movers etc) alleviated all my stress!!! I would highly recommend this company for all your needs!!!!

    downsizing a house and preparing for the MaxSold Auction

    Working with Simply Home Downsizing was a pleasure. From the initial meeting to discuss our needs to the cataloguing and photographing of all the items we wanted to auction, we were thoroughly impressed by their friendly manner, professionalism, organizational skills, and kindness. Downsizing can be somewhat traumatic. After the auction, Simply Home took care of the pickup of all the items sold and ensured that everything not sold was also removed from our home, after ensuring that we did not want to retain any of it. We received a cheque for the proceeds of the auction promptly. All in all, Simply Home Downsizing is the ideal in what you want from this type of company. They made us feel important and answered all our questions, regardless of how many times we called. Again, a very satisfying experience which we have already shared with several of our family and friends.

    staging...packing....organizing...etc.

    Rosalind and her crew were extremely efficient and kind and helpful to me...They staged my house...organized my move...and set up my new place...and with such positive attitudes that made things much easier for me. Their experience is well worth utilizing...for sure!

    Entire Home clean out and staging

    I work exclusively with Senior Clients who have lived 30 years or more in the same home and have been unable to maintain the upkeep required. Rosalind has the gentle, understanding nature to work with Seniors and not offend them as she and her crew do the heavy work of clean-out and clean-up. When she is done, the home is pristine and functional. It is not over-done as many staggers tend to do. It become an older home with character and warmth, waiting for the next family.

    Home organizing / downsizing

    Roz and her team were efficient - respectful and fully committed to the process! A pleasure to work with and extremely dependable! We got a lot done in a very short period of time with great results - our home feels completely refreshed!

    Cataloging many of our belongings; organizing an online auction; looking after all those who bought from the auction; all of this major downsizing went smoothly with me seeming to be a guest!

    See above. Felt so relieved dealing with professionals. All so polite and upbeat. All knew exactly what they were doing lead by a very organized and competent woman, Rosalind. I did not feel intruded upon during the entire ordeal

    Home Staging

    Our experience with Simply Home was exceptional! Rosalind and her team managed our expectations by providing excellent staging ideas, while keeping in mind that the end goal was to sell our home. Would definitely use Simply Home again!
