    Above and Beyond

    I sought help with downsizing and moving--from a large condo (with a lot of stairs) to a small semi-detached house. I also had to find good homes for over a thousand books. Pauline and her team undertook everything I asked for. They cleared the condo for staging; contacted the autioneers and other buyers I needed; packed books and furniture to go to dealers or to charities, and arranged for transport; and packed for and supervised the move itself. Moving Day was a breeze for me. It's a great team but Pauline is the star, invariably flexible and positive. She really goes above and beyond.

    Decluttering perfection

    Pauline and her crew took the anxiety out of sifting through the clutter and making the house pristine. They were punctual, personable and very professional. They took the emotion out of determining what to show and what to pack. Very appreciated. In just a few hours, the house was ready for the movers to clear everything, and the staging to begin. We could never have done anywhere near as good a job ourselves. Thank you Pauline and crew!

    Estate of 70 Years

    Pauline took charge and quickly made all the arrangements necessary to empty out our family home of 70 years - 3 storeys plus a double garage packed full of stuff. She is an outstanding, capable and effective professional. Her contacts are all first quality and her level of dedication to get the job done within our urgent time frame was simply awe-inspiring to observe. She lifted the burden from our shoulders during a time of stress and sadness, and actually made the process fun too. Her sensitivity and kindness and confidence bolstered us all. She knew what she was doing at every level, from the auction houses to the organizers brought to our home, to the movers and junk removal workers. All worked hard to make it happen. Thank you Pauline; you were a godsend.

    had a great experience

    We had a great experience with Pauline and her team. We appreciated their attention to detail, timely responses and flexibility to suit our schedule. Their recommendations helped us prepare our family home for sale without worry or stress. The staged home looked beautiful and we are so glad we had Pauline and her team’s help. The cost of services is approximate and covered staging, deep cleaning and some minor repairs.

    Decluttering of house to prepare for sale

    Pauline and her team do more than just help to declutter and remove junk. They helped us donate items to charitable causes and organize those pick ups, they helped us dispose of hazardous materials, take away old appliances and meticulously clean the house afterwards. They provide a customized approach to every household. So happy with their services, professionalism and level of care.

    Cleaning out my Mother's condo

    Pauline and her crew were a delight to work with......when I first met her, I knew she would be a good fit.....she was always pleasant, efficient and very quick and responsive to my texts, calls and emails. And her packer Mary was great as well as the movers themselves......all in all, I'd give them 5 stars from beginning to end......and I will definitely recommend their company to anyone who needs to downsize, move etc.

    Highly recommend!

    Rosalind and her team at Simply Home recently helped us in the sale of our home. They made the whole process effortless and took away the anxiety of trying to organize all our belongings after 20 years. They are professional, flexible, punctual and efficient. Our house looked wonderful to prepare for the sale thanks to Rosalind and her team. Rosalind coordinated the decluttering, purging, storage, moving and staging and it all ran like clockwork. I highly recommend Simply Home!

    Home Sale

    Having to move and downsize after 20 years in my home seemed like a daunting task. Rosalind and her wonderful team made this process seamless. From the initial consultation to the final move, Simply Home was with me every step of the way. Their friendly staff treated my items with respect, were on time and meticulous in their work. Rosalind understands the emotional and physical challenges of downsizing. I would highly recommend Simply Home and their team of professionals.

    Home Staging

    We are very grateful that we can have Rosalind, Carissa, Kim and the Simply Home team to help us through with home staging and preparing our home for sale. They are super nice and professional to work with. We know right away that we can 100% trust and rely on Simply Home first time we met (actually even from our first email exchange). :) Rosalind and Carissa guided us through every step and are there for us whenever we needed. This includes giving us advices on what color we should repaint our walls, what lighting fixtures and areas that we should renew/touch up. We had some delays in finishing renovation prior to our staging schedule and they are very accommodating in readjusting the plan. And their staging service is very professional. We are beyond words to express how blessed and grateful we can have Simply Home's advices and help for our home sale. Thank you, Rosalind, Carissa, Kim and everyone at Simply Home.

    Outstanding service from start to finish

    I have a three-story house with 27 years of accumulated stuff in every closet and storage space. The basement was starting to look like a warehouse for my kids' old furniture, clothing, and sports and baby equipment. I have no intention of moving, but I really wanted to de-clutter to stay in my home comfortably and junk-free. Pauline and her crew at Simply Home took care of everything in three full day visits. They sorted through everything quickly and efficiently, then had the labeled items taken away by truck for disposal or recycling or donation. My house feels so much lighter and more livable now. I can't thank them enough.
