    Simply Green Stands Behind Their Work

    My luck with heating and cooling companies has not been the best. In fact, I had rather low expectations when I called Simply Green about installing a new system. They pleasantly surprised me with the thorough job they did and how they made sure I got the best system for what I could afford. But that’s not the whole story. There was a minor hiccup with the system a few weeks after the installation. Expecting a runaround, I called and reported the issue. They confirmed it was covered under the guarantee and had someone out the same day! Never in my life have I dealt with a company that made things so simple. Great job!

    Amazing HEPA Air Filter

    Simply Green came to my house and let me know that my air in my house wasn't great because of my pets, so I had them install a new HEPA air filter and it makes a HUGE difference. My air is cleaner and I even sleep better. The installers were quick, friendly, and the rental program is really easy for me.

    Furnace cleaning?!?! Not part of agreement??

    Over a year and a half ago, I had Simply Green install a new furnace and water heater into my house. I won't go into the story, but it was a chaotic disaster that took quite a bit of emails and calls to get a solution, that involved a threat of fines for improper installation, and a motor that was so noisy that you couldn't sleep. This was all happening in Dec and Jan when temperatures in this area get to below -40 at times! Everything was resolved to my satisfaction, but I knew that I would have trouble trusting them in the future. Jump to today. I called to find out what I had to do to get my furnace cleaned. I am on a rental program and when I signed up, I was told that someone would come out once a year to clean and check the furnace. When I asked about that service today, I was told that I had a warranty program and not a maintenance program and that getting my furnace cleaned and serviced, was NOT PART OF MY RENTAL AGREEMENT. Then the gentleman told me that as long as I changed my filter every TWO YEARS, I would be fine. OK, clearly this guy is an I d I o t--a filter in a furnace for two years would be so filthy as to be useless and hazardous, and anyone who deals with furnaces knows that filters have a MUCH shorter shelf life in a furnace. He also told me that I would have to sign up for a maintenance plan (at an additional cost) to what I am already paying monthly to have the furnace. He then told me to find someone in town to check and clean the furnace. Of course, if anything happens while they do it, it could void the warranty that I have on the furnace!!!

Please make sure to change your air filter every 3 months, and if there are any issues with the equipment please feel free to give us a call ,performance issues , major issues, or if the unit is making odd noises. We're here for you . We don't service the equipment yearly because the cost to do that nationwide is incredibly high, instead we have emergency priority service available so if any issues do arise, we're there incredibly fast.     review of door to door furnace sale

    When they came to offer the furnace, the sales person was ok. However I discovered later due to pushy sales practice, that I will be paying about 10,000 over 10 years for a leased furnace, which I can buy for a maximum of 5000 today. I was paying until the 2nd wave happened, one year later another sales person from the same company came and mentioned that I will receive a grant for $ 2600 if I change the coolant of my air condition, and as usual he pretend to be an inspector. The following day they came to do that, but I noticed later that they actually removed my A/C working fine, and I did need to replace it. We tried to contact them but they will take forever to get back in an attempt to waste the time until the 2 years expire. We asked to speak with the owner as their manager mentioned but no one get back to us.

    Furnace

    We were approached at the doorstep from a representative who had lots of information and it made it easy to make a decision to have a new furnace installed. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Great service from your team , great followup. Anthony and Tal were pleasure to deal with.

    New furnace/Air Conditioner/Hot Water Tank

    Although I had problems with my new A/c, repairs were done and the people involved were kind and helpful. I like doing my part to help the environment. Having high efficiency units gives me peace of mind.

    Furnace and tankless hot water

    We had our installation done in May and been reaping the benefits since. Our gas bill shrunk dramatically and my family was able to have more than one or two showers with out waiting for our tank to fill up. It made a great difference.

    Furnace

    I am very happy with the job that SImply Green did with my house. They installed a furnace. At first they made a slight error but their response and quick fix to the problem was great. I am very happy with their response to the issue!

    Hot Water Tank

    Simply Green installed a water tank for me and did an excellent job and I found know problems. I found out about the company through an advertisement in the mail. I found the workers to be very kind, polite and thorough with their work. Everything is all in order and I have had no problems since the job.

    Air Conditioner and Furnace

    I felt that Simply Green did an excellent job. I found them through a fly er in the mail and decided to go with their company. They did more than was expected of them as they helped me move my heavy furniture that I was unable to do. I have already recommended them to others and was very happy with their work.
