Had a hot water tank rental and sold my residence with the purchaser assuming responsibility. they continued to debit my account for 6 months before i put a stopped payment and would not refund my money and charged me to close the account........ Requested escallation to management numerous times and they would not respond to my emails or phone calls. Stay away from this company

Please don't get anything from them. They have the worst customer service. They will overcharge you. They are absolutely horrible.

Someone came to install and hook-up a water heater. Job was done in the allotted time frame and done quickly and correctly

We've had our furnace and tankless hot water heater for 6 years now and never had any problems with either. The company is excellent at setting up our scheduled maintenance every year and very helpful whenever I call.
