    High Pressure faucet replacement.

    High pressure taps supplying washer dryer in a condo started to leak whether open or closed. A plumber came out the next day, assessed the issue and fixed it that day after providing the quote. Excellent quick and professional service. Taps were very close to a wall and not a single scorch mark left behind (and the taps installed were of much higher quality than we had previously).

    Speedy & Efficient!

    Pavlo helped us with a leaking pipe emergency and came right away. He did an amazing job and helped us so much! He finished in just a few hours and everything was back to normal. We highly recommend Drain 1.

    Replaced faucet in kitchen

    Speedy, Meticulous, super friendly. Explained steps taken. Spoke to price upfront so there were no surprises. Very pleased with work.

    Cleared drain of construction debris

    Had a blocked drain in a shower from renovations. Pavlo came same day and fixed it quickly, efficiently, and gave me tips for maintaining it. Also gave some good advice on the plumbing in my house on maintenance and repair. He will be my go to person for plumbing going forward without a doubt.

    Master Bath Renovation

    There is no job too big for Pavlo and his team. I had to move ALL the plumbing in my bathroom to follow a new modern and sleek design. The position of both the shower and toilet had to be reconfigured. This was a big ask and Drain1 did the work quickly, correctly and below budget. Pavlo is very knowledgeable, concise and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Pavlo and his Great Team for any plumbing, big or small. You will not be disappointed.

    Unclog kitchen pipes

    35 feet of kitchen piping was unclogged in 20 minutes. Previous plumbers spent 90 minutes and were unable to clear the pipes. Pavlo from Drain 1 was worth every dime. He was professional, effective, polite and neat.

    Sump pump and back up pump installation.

    We had flooding twice in our basement last 7 years. I have been looking around to fix the issue ever since. Now, we can sleep without worrying about anymore flooding. The staff is very knowledgeable and get the work done within promised time!

    Comprehensive solution, quick action

    Commercial property ongoing multi year drain issue. Drain1 snaked then videod drain and found 12 feet of broken pipe. Dispatched team to fix. Job done in 3 days. Did not charge for video.

    Seamless servic

    Through various plumbing projects Drain 1 has provided seamless repairs with problem free plumbing work and administration through to the end. After struggling to find a main plumber for our condominium corporation we couldn’t be more happy.
