    New toilet installed

    Supplied and installed a new dual flush elongated , comfort height toilet. Company responded quickly to my phone message request. Assessment was done next day, and installation done the next morning. The serviceman was personable and professional. Wouldn’t he storage to recommend their services.

    Faucet replacements in kitchen and bathroom

    Once again, Pavlo, the owner of Drain 1, confirmed to me that he's the best plumber I've ever used. I've seen many plumbers over the fifty plus years that I've owned this house but none came even close to Pavlo. From the minute he shows up you know you're in good hands. First, he sizes up the job and tells you how much it will cost before he ever gets started. From that point on everything he does is done neatly and efficiently. His prices are fair and his work is guaranteed. You'll never call another plumber once you've used Drain 1.

    Clogged Kitchen Sink

    Pavlo was great. He was very punctual and laid out my options and the cost, before doing any work. I like the fact that he gave me some privacy to make my decision, so I didn’t feel pressured. He’s very personable so there was no awkward silence. He also gave me some maintenance tips which I appreciate. I finally have a working sink again thanks to Pavlo!

    back water valve installation, sump pump and sump pit installation

    Pavlo came to discuss what I wanted done. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained in detail what would be done. His crew were equally professional and approachable to any concerns I had. They cleaned up in a timely manner. I am so happy with the shut off valve that was installed. Thank you Pavlo for arranging this. I can now turn it with ease. Thanks to Cheryl in Admin for supplying me with the necessary paperwork to apply for a subsidy from the City. A first class company, highly recommended.

    Sump Pump and back-up battery

    Very professional. Quick written quote to replace old pump and provide backup battery. Only one of three quotes that mentioned City of Toronto Basement Flooding Protection Program and supplied me with completed paperwork. Installation went smoothly. Highly recommended. Thanks

    Backwater valve installation

    Excellent service. Polite and friendly service people. Job was finished on time as per what I was told. It was easy to get in touch with them for any follow up.

    Waterproofing side of house /basement

    Drain 1 did our waterproofing on the side of our house as we had some water getting into our basement. Was a difficult spot to excavate but they did it quickly and efficiently and cleaned everything up after. Great job, would definitely recommend drain 1 for any plumbing or waterproofing needs. Aaron

    Flooded basement, leak in service pipe.

    I had a flooded basement and called Drain 1 to investigate. Pavlo quickly came and assessed the issue as a leak in the service pipe. We set up dates to get it repaired, they came and fixed the problem. This was all done over the Easter Holidays. I'm very impressed. Drain 1 will be mt go to plumber Jerome

    Clogged kitchen sink

    It's a busy holiday weekend and Pavlo managed to fit my clogged kitchen sink into his schedule. He was able to unclog it enough to have the water drain, but also informed me I had grease build up in the clay pipes that required further attention. He's professional, very knowledgeable, and took time to explain what was going on. He's my go-to plumber when I get around to tackling the great grease blockade.

    Toilet plugged

    Called Drain 1. The plumber called back within an hour. We discussed problem on the phone and the fact that there was no rush. The plumber gave me a minimum estimated cost. He arrived the next day at the agreed time. He snaked the toilet , cleared the blockage. There was no mess or cleanup required on our part. He left me a business card if there was any future problem. All done quickly and efficiently.
