Paul and his crew finished the whole job in three days. They were very informative of the whole process and the finished product was neat and well organized giving us ample storage space in a tiny closet that was previously housed nothing but a water tank. I would definitely recommend drain 1 for such plumbing jobs.

Recent homeowners whom ran into some plumbing issues in our basement. Pavlo and team came initially during an evening call, to address leak. They were then able to return and work on full fix in the preceding days. Team did the fix, identified and solved some incremental issues, and aligned best approach to obtain insurance and city coverage/credits. Team was friendly, and personable. More so, when we ran into an incremental issue, Pavlo and team were able to swing by and provide a fix after hours.

Renovation of laundry room, new drywall, floors, painting and a few other miscellaneous projects around the basement. Overall happy with work and professionalism from the crew, cost was a bit higher than I anticipated, but would recommend for further projects.

Paul was quick to respond and provide information, and quick to get back to me on scheduling and pricing. Alex did the work right on schedule, unobtrusively, with attention to detail. He was also easy to deal with and knowledgeable about the work and any next steps that might be required

We called Drain-1 when our basement shower wasn't draining properly. Pavlo came the next morning. After inspecting our drain with a camera, he recommended replacing our entire main drain right to the city's main. This wasn't welcomed news but the work started the next day. Pavlo's crew were hard working, respectful and they completed the work in 5 days with as little disruption as possible. We feel comfortable and safe now that this work has been done and would highly recommend this company.

Having bought a new home 13 years ago, my wife and I had noticed from day one that the kitchen drain was draining slowly. The builder of our home inspected our concern and said everything is normal. Two years ago our dishwasher had backed up into our kitchen sink as our kitchen drainage was not draining. We had found a plumbing company on the internet to snake our kitchen drain. What they found was the kitchen sewer line was fully clogged with a white caked substance. The company snaked it and charged me $600 and told me not to pour oil down the kitchen sink. My wife and I have never poured oil down our sink. This past week our kitchen sink stopped draining again. We were back again looking for a plumber to unclog the same problem. I was given the phone number of Drain 1 Plumbers Inc. by a neighbour. They came over the next day at the discussed time, snaked the kitchen sewer line and scoped it with a video camera only to discover that 15’ of the kitchen sewer line had a negative slope. Waste water was not draining to the street but sitting in the pipe line. The remedy was to break up the basement concrete and replace the 15’ of pipe with a proper slope. Paul the owner is a licensed plumber and is quite knowledgeable and very professional. His work crew all have his same qualities. He also up-graded my sump pit which I had concerns of Radon gas. Drain 1 Plumbers were in and out in 3 days with excellent workmanship. I would definitely call them on any plumbing needs. Thank you Drain 1 Plumbers Inc.
