    Garage door repair

    Extremely satisfied with the same day service/ repair of our garage door that required repairs asap. Nick was fantastic and immediately identified the issue and conducted the repairs in no time. He even identified a few other issues and fixed them without any problems. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone as the customer service was outstanding.

    Garage door opener installation, additional repair of springs.

    Excellent service, next day installation and an additional repair, couldn't have been better, such a relief to have everything working again!

    Side mount garage door

    Great service. The garage door was balanced and the installation was very clean. Will definitely recommend to our neighbours that will also have to do a side mount garage door.

    Garage door replacement

    Door instal was fine but garage seal was installed on an angle n in a year it faired due to sloppy install.. n of course offered no warranty after a year on a poor instal.. just gad to replace it n pay for the part to match at Whitby Garage door.. they had interest in hearing my issue.. paid & will never go back.. too bad they use to be a reliable company

After reviewing your the installation on August 24th, 2021 and the photos taken, we are unable to see any issues with the weather strip's installation. Occasionally, weather strip can shift over time due to heating and cooling of outdoor temperatures, which was evident from the picture you had showed our staff on site. We did our best to assure you that you would not be experiencing any seal issues as we do not trim our weather strip, we allow the rubber seals to overlap doubling the seals layer of protection. Our installation and the weather strip manufacturer carries a warranty of 1 year. Should there have been a concern with the installation we would have happily stood behind our work. Unfortunately, any weather strip replacement needs outside of the 1 year warranty is a chargeable purchase. We hope this clarifies details on warranty coverages.     From the sales person to administration to installer and caping everything ran smoothly. 110% satisfaction with the team! They could not be more professional - super job!

    Garage door repair

    I had a problem with my garage door not closing. I called Whitby Garage Doors and they sent Nathan over the same day. He corrected the problem and did and all over check of my system. Great service!!

    Broken garage opener

    There were both friendly, knowledgable and professional. They talked me through what they were doing and ended up going under their estimate. Make some recommendations for the future but didn't hard sell, which was the opposite approach of another company I contacted (who also gave an initial estimate of literally 10x more). Would highly recommend.

    Damaged Garage Door

    We had a bit of an accident backing out of the garage. The door was clipped by our vehicle and did some damage to the lower panels and knocked it off the tracks. Also damaged the wheels and hardware. Made the call to Whitby Garage doors, and within 3 hrs Branden arrived, quickly accessed the situation and made necessary repairs. Was completed in about one hour. Great service from the call to the door, highly recommended for any Garage door issues.

    Garage Door Opener installations

    They installed the garage door openers that I purchased for my new home. Very well done, no issues & reasonably priced! Highly recommend.
