    New doors and opener

    Had Whitby doors come to our house for quote on new garage doors and openers. The gentleman who arrived was well versed in doors, openers and solutions to different problems. We received a quote within an hour. We felt it was competitive, so we went ahead. Less than a month latter two techs arrived, the install was quick and efficient ,area was cleaned up after install, everything was explained. In all a good experience.

    Repair - Garage Door

    Broken spring on garage door. Approached company late morning. Service call arranged for afternoon. Service completed early afternoon by sub-contractor. Pleasant experience throughout.

    Garage doors runs as smooth as silk!

    After seeing a 99% rating on Homestars, I called Whitby Garage Doors and was very happy from the initial call with Amanda, who provided a rough estimate, to the service technician, Nathan, who was able to get our stuck garage door running smoothly within the hour! He also provided great advice moving forward on servicing the door, track and motor in the future! Very happy with the professional service from the whole team!

    Garage door opener

    First I received a timely and informative response to my email inquiry through their website. I visited their showroom on Friday around noon and found professional and friendly customer service. We compared options and I was able to see the actual devices. The quoted price was competitive and they offered to install it on Monday. The installer texted in advance of his arrival. He arrived on schedule and completed the work without issue or delay. He explained how everything works. The payment was issued after the work was completed. I am very confident in recommending this company based on their products, services and pricing.

    Garage door remote

    Remote not working. Tested, and confirmed what I thought. Replaced the remote,and tuned up the door. So much quieter! Pete was on time and super efficient. Thank you

    Garage door opener repair

    My garage door wouldn't close and stay closed. After several attempts at adjusting it ourselves I looked up repair options on Google. I found Whitby Garage Doors and I'm very happy that I did. I submitted a repair request via their website. The next morning I had a reply and after providing some more detail on the issue I had a firm commitment for a service visit that same afternoon. Nathan arrived within the time period promised and went to work. He quickly discovered that the issue was a broken "traveller" wire. He repaired the broken wire, made the necessary adjustments and my door is working perfectly once again! I'm very happy!! Service call was charged $130 plus HST. Exactly as it was quoted earlier that day. Excellent service all the way round!! Good work Whitby Garage Doors!!! Highly recommend this company!

    Garage door repair

    Our garage door was stuck. We contacted Whitby Garage Doors. They assessed the likely cause and gave an estimate to do the repair. Within the hour the technician showed up and fixed it for the amount quoted. I found them to be friendly and professional and would use them again.

    Garage Doors

    I cant say enough about Whitby Garage Doors! From wonderful staff to amazing, quality products. First rate customer service who is responsive, helpful and honest. The doors are beautiful and we get lots of compliments on how great they look! The door openers run smooth and quietly. The installers were terrific and dont leave before making sure all are connected to the app and your questions are answered. We would use them again and recommend this great, local business!
