    New Garage Doors

    Whitby Garage Doors replaced both of our old garage doors in August 2020. We received a written quote. The work was done exactly when in was scheduled, and completed quickly. Their employees were friendly and very professional. One door panel had a small dent on the inside, which as barely noticeable. Whitby doors insisted on replacing the panel, free of charge. The doors work great and look amazing. I would highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors.

    Great service and Quality

    We wanted to support our local business community and after some research we went with Whitby Garage Doors. The Service was top notch from initial contact to final payment. The staff is friendly and professional. We were brought some samples so that we could get an idea of the colour and material. The installation was on time clean (Peter was great). We had a question about the installation and someone came out to within a day to have a look and explain. I would definitely recommend them.

    Minor repair

    We had our garage doors installed last year. We are happy with the doors. A couple of months ago we heard a knocking sound when the door opened. We called Whitby Garage Doors. They came within a couple of days and repaired it, free of charge. We are very pleased with their service.

    Residentail repair

    Whitby Garage Doors provided quick service and their staff was friendly. Great to work with and will use again. Installer showed up on time and finished the work as promised.

    Garage Door Replacement

    We are super pleased with our new garage door and with the service we received. The installers were quiet, clean and quick, we barely knew they were there. The new door looks amazing and we would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their garage door.

    Double Garage Door Opener

    Whitby Garage Doors was very professional and kind. They were quick to respond to my questions and provided advice regarding which opener to choose. The installation didn't take long at all and the installer was very nice as he showed me everything I needed to know for the opener. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

    Garage door spring replacement

    Garage door spring snapped on Sunday night, I called Whitby Garage Doors Ltd. at 8am on Monday morning and a technician arrived by 12:30pm. The job took less than half an hour and was thoroughly professional. I was completely satisfied with the work and the price.

    Excellent Service Once Again!

    One of our garage doors needed an adjustment to return it to its silent operation. Brandon completed the adjustment quickly and professionally. Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, I was impressed with his very appropriate social distancing and use of PPE. I would highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors for new door/lift purchases and service!

    New garage doors and opener

    From the first time I contacted Whitby Garage Doors, through the sales process, and ultimately the installation, every one that I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Samples were brought to our home for us to make a final decision on colour and style. On the day of installation I received a text that they were on their way. Installation was completed in a timely manner, and the area was cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors to anyone.
