    garage door opener installation

    I put in a request for a quote on homestars for 2 garage door openers to be installed. Wendy a very pleasant lady from Whitby Garage called and made an appointment for us. Brandon came to give us a quote. He was punctual , knowledgeable and personable. He gave us advice and a solution as we had some unforeseen problem with a built in ceiling storage that would interfere with the garage doors. Brandon and another nice fellow ( sorry my husband forgot his name) came punctually on the day of installation and did a great job. We are very happy with the job they did and would recommend them highly .

    Good from start to finish

    very happy with the entire process, right from the digital rendering of what they would look like installed to the installation and clean up. Professional from start to finish .

    Garage Door Springs

    The wheels of the garage door fell off the rails and contacted Whitby Garage Doors that morning. Wendy was able to schedule someone to look at the problem. Brandon arrived within the time frame Wendy had provided. Brandon assessed the situation and was able to fix the problem. He replaced the springs, lubricated the wheels not only on the repaired door but also did the same for the other garage door. Social distancing was maintained. Good to know that a local company is here for you during these unprecedented times.

    Garage Door

    Initial contact fantastic. Salesperson awesome. Communication terrific. Canadian made product available. Order came in on time, installation date made and actually happened on the day planned. I was very satisfied with the entire project. Highly recommend.

    Automatic Garage Opener Installation

    Whitby Garage Doors came out and installed the automatic garage door opener, they were efficient, and left a nice sticker with contact info below the wall mounted controller to call in case of any issues. Would recommend/use again. It was extremely cold during installation, and they had no complaints. Late review, the work was done back in December 2017.

    Amazing Experience and Garage Doors

    I had an amazing experience dealing with Brandon, Riley, Wendy and team. I ordered specialty doors, and am super pleased with the quality of the doors, and the responsiveness and professionalism of the team. They returned my calls/emails usually within an hour, and installed the doors when they said the would. I would highly recommend them to others.

    Garage Doors X 2 Install with Opener

    The Folks at Whitby Garage Doors Ltd did a fantastic job. Quick install of both garage doors and a garage door opener. They look fantastic. The aluminum work around the doors is top notch also. Highly recommend them.

    Hardware replacement and maintenance

    Whitby Garage Doors were incredible in their customer service and workmanship. Brandon (hopefully spelled correctly) took all the information for the appointment and fit me in during the holiday season. Nick showed up in the time indicated and his work was done very professionally and quickly, he gave advice on maintaining and cleaning various parts and did not try to "up sell", he made recommendations about parts that "could" use replacing in time and I was more than happy with the work and service that I will definitely call them when I do decide to repair / replace these parts. Well done and friendly.

    Installation of two garage doors, two openers, trim cladding around both new garage doors and an existing passage door and the installation of a new main entry door. In addition, the removed and reinstalled a garage door opener at our daughter's home that

    The staff were wonderful to work with! Brandon walked us through choosing appropriate new garage doors and openers. When he visited our home, he carefully took into consideration our needs. Riley and Nick installed the new garage doors, openers and an external keypad. The work was completed with every detail being attended to. We were so impressed with the work that we contacted Brandon and discussed having a new entry door installed. Once again, Brandon was amazing to work with! He suggested a glass pattern that turned out to be outstanding. Brandon and Riley installed our new entry door with the same excellent workmanship as was extended to the installation of our garage doors and openers. I should mention that their cladder, Robert, did a wonderful job cladding the new garage doors and an existing passage door using a method that involved cutting a fine groove in the surrounding brick and inserting the aluminum cladding. He used no caulking! We also used Whitby Garage Doors to undertake a removal and reinstallation of a garage door opener at our daughter's new to her home. The previous owners had done a hack job at installing the opener. It was totally dismantled and reinstalled by Riley! It now operates the way it should have from the start. Wendy, at the office, is wonderfully pleasant to deal with as well! Are we pleased with the work on all projects, indeed we are! Pricing was not posted as they were three distinctly different jobs. All pricing was reasonable and fair!

    Double Car Garage Door Replacement

    Nick from Whitby Garage Doors completed our install and we are very happy with the final result. We have used Whitby Garage Doors for repairs previously and when our current door needed replacing, they were our first logical call. Nick was on-time, professional, and worked efficiently to get the job done - awesome work! Chad, who provided the initial consult and the office staff were all very easy to work with.
