    New Garage Doors and Casing

    I am so impressed with the whole experience with Whitby Garage Doors. We did not have the easiest installation with one side of the double garage being 3 inches higher than the other. The team were so knowledgable and worked extra time to get it looking great. Riley went the extra mile to make it work and all the staff were courteous and so helpful. Today i called with a small problem after the casing was installed which sometimes happens and Riley was here within hours, making the necessary adjustments . Way to go team and I will certainly recommend you to all my friends. Tina

    Residential garage door spring

    Contacted Whitby Garage Doors after the spring on my home's garage door broke. The team were pleasant and patient while talking to me and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Nick came out the following day and was very pleasant and replaced my garage door spring in record time! Whitby Garage Doors will be my first call the next time that I need any work done in the future!

    Track and opener replacement

    I contacted Whitby Garage Doors to replace a door track with a taller system. They also replaced the opener with a wallmount unit (all to free up overhead space) The staff were friendly and professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

    New garage door opener installed

    I'm Very pleased with Whitby Garage Door. They provide excellent service, the best price and a quick appointment. Nick did an excellent job on the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend.

    My new Garage door!

    Whitby Garage Doors provided a great service and price on the replacement of my garage door. The Salesman was kind and knowledgeable, he came to my house advised and explained me about quality , color and styles. The job was done very professionally and quickly, I must say that the installer or technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors to everyone...ah they also took away the old door. Job # 1 Alex Ajax , Ontario

    Garage door repair

    Riley did a great job, was on time and went the extra mile,and gave me some good advise too.I highly recommend this company. Thanks also for the quote, I'll get my new doors here for sure

    Excellent quality and efficient service

    We had our old wood garage doors replaced with new steel doors. We also decided to replace our door openers and also have the wood frame capped with aluminum. Pricing was very competitive and the experience was excellent. Chad, the salesperson, was very easy to work with and gave excellent recommendations based on our preferences and budget. He also did not pressure us to get new openers and the quote was itemized so that we could decide if we wanted to go with only doors now and the rest next year. We decided to get everything done at once. The installer worked diligently and finished the installation in a timely manner. He also helped me program the new openers and showed me how to use them. The installer was excellent and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Excellent quality and service. And very easy to work with!

    Garage Door openers

    Overall, this was a great experience. Nick repaired some cables, and installed two 'high-end' openers. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and Nick provided thorough answers to all of our questions. We'd be happy to use WhitbyGarageDoor (and Nick) for future jobs! Brian

    Garage Door Repair

    The spring on our garage door broke so I looked up garage door repairs in Whitby. Found Whitby Garage Doors Ltd. called them up and they came out the next day! Nick was very pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them and use them again! Thank you!

    These guys are friendly, professional, perfectionists!

    My first call to Whitby Garage Doors was answered by Chad, he came out within a couple days as scheduled and showed me samples, answered all my questions, was very friendly and professional. Received a call from Wendy as a follow up, she was friendly and professional. Our installer, Ryan, came out as scheduled, removed the old door, installed the new one, was friendly, answered my questions, and did a fantastic job. Absolutely perfect installation. A couple weeks later Robert came over and installed our aluminum trim around the frame. Again, friendly, answered my questions, and did a fantastic job. Absolutely perfect installation. I would like to sincerely thank all the people I had contact with from Whitby Garage Doors. You guys are all great human beings. Please do not change anything, you have a great company with great employees. Keep up the phenomenal customer service attitude you have. BTW if you think the big box stores cost less, think again, not to mention you will never receive the service you get from pro's like Whitby Garage Doors.
