    New door installation

    I am extremely happy with my new garage door and opener !! From start to finish the whole experience was friendly and helpful. Great customer service and extremely efficient installation. Nick was so friendly and helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors. Keep up the great work !

    New Garage Doors

    I am absolutely thrilled with my new garage doors from Whitby Garage Doors. The entire experience was great. I did not feel pressured by their sales rep, Chad, which was a nice change from other companies! Wendy at their office was personable and helpful. Nick was professional, but also really friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Fantastic work and I will definitely recommend this company to others.

    Garage Door repair

    Cody did a great job! He was very thorough inspected the issue and even went out of his way to make adjustments to the doors alignment. I'm very impressed with the service. They came at the allotted time window as committed and got the job done at efficient time. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs Garage door services.

    New Garage Doors

    From the moment I walked in for a quote to the day when the capping was completed, this has been an amazing experience. Brandon came to my home on the same day I walked in to the showroom for a quote. He brought colour samples and inspected the work site. The quality of their workmanship is first rate. They even re-enforced the existing garage door opener. Their people are courteous and efficient. One of the doors springs needed adjusting a month or so later and technician was there within a couple of days. Great experience, Highly recommended! Johanna

    Quick and efficent

    I had one of my tension spring snap and had to replace it in a hurry. I thought to replace both garage door tension springs at the same time but the guys recommended that I didn't replace the other one as it seemed to be in good shape (despite some rust and neglect). It looked like it was replaced more recently (by a previous homeowner). Save me some coin - they lubed and tighten the garage motor chain for me me as well. Fast and efficient same day service.

    Cable Repair on Garage Door

    Even though I was late by 30 minutes, by the time I got home, Nick had fixed the problem, which included having no access to the garage except by the broken, jammed door. He replaced the cables, lubed the tracks, and reconnected the door. Nice and easy for me! Nick was also professional and personable - I very much appreciate the work done and will call again! Thanks!

    Fixed Broken Spring and Garage Door Opener

    We were very satisfied with the service provided by Whitby Garage Doors. The spring had broken on our of our garage doors, and our garage door opener needed replacing. Our service was scheduled very quickly. Nick was on time, efficient and very friendly to deal with. We would definitely work with Whitby Garage Doors in the future! Diane

    Garage Doors Replacement

    A great experience with a Whitby Garage Doors from start to finish. Each employee, from the gentleman who helped us select the right door for us, to Wendy who booked our appointments, to Nick who installed the doors, was terrific. The company was very efficient and true to their word on the arrival and installation of the doors (installed 1 month from order date—exactly as promised). Nick had everything installed and even fixed a broken sensor (for free!) within 4 hours. Final product is exactly what we were looking for!

    Outstanding service

    After our new garage doors were installed we were thrilled at how great they looked. I was surprised when I got a call weeks later to say they had received the replacement panel and were asking when they could return to install it. I thought they had called the wrong customer. There was no problem with our doors? Only after close inspection we found a minor dent, not noticeable unless you looked very hard. Which is exactly what they had done. This company has a great product and more importantly, they stand behind their work. A real pleasure to deal with. I recommend Whitby Garage Doors highly!
