    Smooth and Easy

    Broke a spring on my garage door. Looked on Homestars and found these. Gave them a call. They gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled a date right there. Turns out we could be home the following day, recheduled and they were able to acomodate us. Jobe go done very quickly at the agreed time and price. Good job guys.

    Whitby Garage Doors Ltd

    A wonderful experience from start to finish. Very professional and reasonably priced. A great selection of doors to choose from. Chad was super at helping us decide on what type of door to go with, very honest with his opinions, and I valued that tremendously. Our installer, Nick, was a great guy. Very quick at installation, and left no trace of our old doors behind. I was pleasantly surprised with the price for such a substantial (and great looking) door.

    New Garage Door

    Great experience with Whitby Garage Doors from obtaining an estimate through to installation. Everyone was so professional and easy to work with. The install of my new door was very efficient and the quality is the highest level. My garage definitely stands out!

    Garage Door replacement

    The install was great. One of the key bonuses was the flush mount of the flashing with the brick of the garage door. A much nicer finish than any of my neighbors...because that's what counts. I was disappointed that it has been a week with no follow up call from them as to my satisfaction. They are relying on my review here. Regardless, the install was good, the installer was polite and efficient, good job over all.

    Incredible Service and Thorough Approach

    Booking the appointment was easy, and they confirmed afterwards. Technician arrived within expected window, and costs were within the originally quoted range. Nick was absolutely fantastic. He explained the entire process to me, and thoroughly checked over the door and opener condition beyond the repairs he was there to make. He tightened and fastened all elements, and oiled/rust proofed the appropriate mechanisms. He was very friendly, and completed the service in a timely manner. Overall, cannot say enough good about this company. They will certainly be my company of choice for any new/repair needs to my garage doors and openers! Thanks again!

    Garage Door Repair and Tune-up

    Quick response, flexible schedule, friendly crew that know what they are doing and do it quickly. Were at my place ahead of scheduled time. They helped to secure the spring anchor center bracket, replaced some rusted components and the bottom seal, did the tune-up. The door now moves a lot quieter and smoother. No complaints.

    Broken Cable Repair

    One of the cables on our garage door snapped. Whitby Garage Doors came the same day we called them. Nick was very friendly and professional and completed the repair efficiently. He also took the time to check all of the cables on the other door and lubricate the wheels on the doors. Would not hesitate to recommend this company! -Heather Jessup

    Garage door, Front entrance way

    We have now completed 2 projects over the course of the last year, first replacing our garage doors and now recently our front door. The staff and team at Whitby Garage Doors have been a pleasure to work with, and they have been very fair, professional and courteous to deal with. The installations of both the garage doors and front doors were done with a high degree of skill and pride, and they have gone the extra mile to make sure we are 100% satisfied with the results and the product.

    New garage door

    Good service. Polite, Fast & efficient. Good quality door. Nice colour & decorative options. Reasonable price. I would recommend the company and garage door product. Now our house really stands out.

    Change garage door

    We had Nick to help us install a brand new garage door and garage door opener and it took him only less than 2 hours to do the whole job! Great service and great price! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!! Thanks Nick
