    garage installation

    I highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors Ltd. Chad was not a pushy salesman, he took the time to explain and left the quote for us to ponder until we were ready to make a decision. The installer Nick was very pleasant and professional. I love my new garage door and suggest to anyone in the market for a door to give these guys a call first! You won't be disappointed.

    Just shy of an emergency call.

    Brandon and Collin came out, next day, in the bitter cold. They were an absolute pleasure and fixed everything that needed fixing. They were determined to get our door functional again and they did!

    Replacement of 2 doors and installation of 2 openers

    Great service all the way through. Sales helped us picked doors we needed including type, color, windows and more, they told us honestly what we needed for our house. We had bought our own Chamberlain openers and WGD were fine to install these. The installation went smoothly, took just over 2 hours to install both doors and openers, the installers were friendly, professional and braved the -20 weather, they did not leave a mess and the doors have been on for about a week now and are working great with no issues at all. Great service, great people and competitive price and they did what they said in terms of timelines, we were told the garage doors would take about 4 weeks to come in and this is what they took and the install happened about then. I would highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors.

    Garage door

    Installer was great. Greeted us with a smile and outlined what he was going to do. Worked without interruption for 4 hours and tidied up great. Explained how everything worked (opener). Very satisfied with all the work. Highly recommend these guys.

    Garage Door Installation

    In July 2017, I was referred to this company by someone who used WGD for a new Garage Door. The service received from meeting with the sales person to the completion of the door installation was the best service. The price was the same as competitors but their service was a lot faster. While others gave me a 2 months completion timeframe they finished within a month.

    Quick, Fast & Happy

    Whitby Garage Doors provided a quote in a timely manner when contacted via Homestars. They had the best price available, but not only that, their phone support was truly remarkable and the installer came on the same day! That's quite impressive. Don't waste time, they are the best out there! Thanks!

    Garage door repair.

    Mainspring on garage door broke with car inside. Too heavy to lift, so I called this company in late afternoon. Nick came out the next day, introduced himself and shook my hand. Less than 1/2 hour later a new spring had been installed and site cleaned up. Nick lubricated the new spring and rollers as well as the spring and rollers on the second door. I recommend this company for their quick response, efficient work and fair price. The price was as quoted when I made the appointment. No surprises.

    New Garage Door

    I recently was in the market for a new garage door, and contacted 3 different companies. Not only was Whitby Garage Door very competitive price wise, they were extremely proffessional and very easy to deal with. This includes my original exploratory discussion with Brandon, the follow up visit and qoute from Chad and the high quality installation provided by Nick. I would recommend WGD to anyone looking for a new install or service.

    New Garage Door Openers

    I contracted with Whitby Garage Doors for 2 new openers. I selected the Liftmaster 8550 after doing some research. Nick was very professional. Install was quick, all garbage removed and the new openers clearly explained. I would recommend them.

    Amazingly fast response

    Broken spring on garage door required replacement. Saw Whitby Garage Doors ratings on Homestar, and decided to give them a call. I discussed the issue with the service rep on the phone, he gave me a quote and said they could have someone by in about an hour. Service guy arrived in 15 minutes. He was out the door in less than an hour, problem solved. These guys are good! Highly recommend.
