    New door for our little "Barn"

    We had to restructure our old garage and put a new roof on, and desperately needed a new garage door. Whitby Garage came right away to take a look at our project, found us the door we wanted and within our budget, and had it installed within 3 weeks. We couldn't be happier with the product and service we received. Brandon came out to met with us and Nick did our install. Great job guys!

    New Garage Doors and Openers Installed - Excellent!

    We recently had new garage doors, capping and two openers installed and are very happy with how everything worked out. We would highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors. Chad came to our house to provide us with some information. He was professional and easy to talk to. We told him what he wanted and he offered his suggestions on the most suitable products. He gave us a written estimate, which was very priced very competitively. Nick then came to do the install. Nick was also very professional, did a great job with the install and cleaned up all the mess before he left. Doors and openers have been working great. Lastly, Robert came by a few days later and did the capping. He too was very professional and did a fabulous job and also left no mess behind. We've had other work done on our house over the years and I have to say that working with Whitby Garage doors was the best experience we've had to date. Professional, on time, delivered product as per specs, courteous and attentive. It's clear to me that customer service is utmost in their minds. Thanks Chad, Nick, Robert and Wendy!

    Very pleased with the service and the product

    I called Whitby Garage Doors for an estimate on my very old garage door after it was damaged in the April ice storm. Chad came out to do the estimate and even met with me at my office to discuss it. The estimate was extremely detailed and exactly reflected both the work and the price. The door that I chose was exactly what I wanted. The garage door actually arrived earlier than anticipated. The installation was arranged and the team arrived exactly on time. The final product was exactly what we expected and wanted. The installation was done exactly as we had requested by the very professional and pleasant installation team. The entire process was explained very clearly and in detail. The capping was completed a few days following the installation. The new door is beautiful and the installation job was done perfectly. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Even the office staff at this company is pleasant and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Whitby Garage Doors to anyone.

    Professional, on time , great product

    From the moment I dropped into the showroom, to the estimate that same day, everything was done on time, and in a professional manner. I am very happy with my new garage door and opener. I highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors.

    Garage door with entry door

    The guy’s were very professional. It only took a day to put in our garage door and entry door. And they did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend. Thank you! So much!

    New garage door and THEN some...

    We called a few places for quotes and someone recommended this place. They sent a rep out that day to give us a quote, and he brought with him multiple samples and designs and patterns, which really helped us make the right decision about what we wanted for our house. The work went ahead in the timeframe given, and we were extremely happy. The aluminum capping they installed around the border looked amazing, too! Then, a few weeks later, my wife backed out of the garage a little too soon (we have a motorized garage door opener) and knocked part of the door off its rails. We called Whitby Garage Doors to see if they could help us (expecting there to be a fee, of course) and they sent someone out THAT DAY. The guy fixed it up, and there was no charge. Not only was their quote competitive, their customer care is exemplary. I would highly recommend to ANYONE looking for a new garage door.

    Awesome door

    They were quick to come and quote me, very professional, easy to see that they were from the company and they worked very quick on the install. Super excited and pleased by them!

    Excellent Quality and Workmanship

    Whitby Garage Doors was a class act from day 1. They provided us with excellent and honest advice on our needs and did not try to oversell us. They provided a very reasonable price and performed the work in the amount of time they said it would take. Victoria and I love the barn yard look and the capping workmanship was outstanding!! The capping is what sets our garage doors from others who have recently upgraded their doors on the same street. Well after the job was done, I reached out to Chad for some advice and he got back to me within an hour with the info I was looking for. Strongly recommend.

    Garage motor replacement

    Garage door motor replaced, gentleman that came was very friendly and installed the motor and pad in under and hour and showed me how to work the new remote and pad

    Garage Door opener installation

    Excellent and professional Service. Service techs were friendly and pleasant to deal with. They lift the garage spick and span clean. I would recommend Whitby Garage Doors to any one that needs new or old doors fixed or needs a tune up.
