    Install of new garage doors.

    Right from get-go, the sales staff (Chad), the follow-up when door was ready (management) to the installer (Collin) we were felt that our business was very valuable to the company. We felt the warmth of customer satisfaction from all sides of the company. We are grateful. We did get several estimates comparable but Whitby Garage Doors created the perfect environment for us to do business with mutual satisfaction Shenu and Amin

    Great Service!

    We called Whitby Garage Doors in the morning for a same day service call due to an issue with our garage door - they advised they were booked up but would try their best to get to us but it may not be until later in the day. No disappointment Colin & Cody arrived early afternoon and assessed and fixed the issue in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

    Best garage door service in Durham region

    My garage door cable snapped today and Nick from Whitby Garage Doors arrived same day and quickly had it working like new. I was very impressed with how professional Nick and the work done was. They will definitely be my preferred vendor for garage door needs going forward

    Fast , Clean , Beautiful

    We just got out new Garage Doors installed by Whitby Garage Doors. The Technician Collin was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was fast , getting the job done in just a few hours . It was also great that they took the old doors away , so the area was very clean in the end. Im really enjoying are new garage doors.

    New garage door and install

    Great company to work with and great work! Chad came to our house to give us a quote and help choose our door. He was super friendly and helpful. Nick did our install and did a fantastic job!! He installed the door extremely fast and left no mess behind. Love the door and workmanship. Highly recommend this company for your next garage doors.

    Garage door replacement

    Chad came into give an estimate and took the time to explain the different choices available, including the recommended colour choices, before giving me the quote. He did not pressure me to take the offer, which gave me the opportunity to compare prices elsewhere. When I called back 2 months later to place the order, I was still offered the same quoted price. Chad then made the appointment for installation 3 weeks later. Brandon came into install the garage door. He did a thoroughly clean and professional work. Later on the same day, Nick came into finish the job installing garage door opener. Rob came in next day to cap and seal the garage door. Over all very satisfied. Thanks Chad & Brandon for your time and showing me the sample doors and photos to make the decision simple and easy.

    New Garage Doors Installed

    We were very happy with the service that Whitby Garage Doors provided. Brandon was a pleasure to work with during the decision making of what garage doors to get. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and reliable. Cody did an amazing job with the installation of our garage doors. He arrived on time, was very polite and completed the job within the time he said he would. Would definitely recommend them!!!

    Quick repair of my mothers door opener

    I called Whitby garage doors and they were courteous on the phone and said they'd be able to make it out the same day. My mother was listing her home the next day and this issue had been overlooked. They actually showed up earlier than I expected and had it up and running. Very satisfied!

    Garage door and new motor

    Nick arrived on time, and was polite and professional. He did an excellent job installing the door and motor on his own, and cleaned up any mess left behind. Would recommend Whitby Garage Doors in the future, Nick was very knowledgeable, so much that he deserves a raise!

    Very Professional Service!
