    Garage door spring replacement

    Just had our garage door fixed by Whitby Garage Doors LTD. Collin and Cody had wonderful customer service and were super efficient! The price was unmatched by local competitors. Thanks!

    Garage door replacement

    Friendly and knowledgable communication from the moment we visited the showroom and talked to Brandon, to a visit by Chad to provide a quote. When there was a delay in the install, Brandon was in contact multiple times to let me know what was going on, and eventually came out himself to install our new door – which looks fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

    New garage door, opener and capping

    Met with Chad to discuss current problems and needs in May. Chad spent a great deal of time, answered all questions and able to colour match quite well. Door arrived and due to other construction was unable to accommodate installation. There was no problem and they held on to the door, until install could be done without intrusion. Service tech arrived at 0858 hrs, arranged for 0900 hrs. Door was installed, opener installed and couldn't be more pleased with all interactions with this company from start to finish. Recommend very highly.

    New Garage Doors

    From the initial contact to the final completion, service has been exceptional. In our meeting with Chad, he was very friendly and informative and did not pressure us in any way. The installation time frame was right on. Collin did a wonderful job on the installation and answered any questions we had along the way. Robert worked meticulously on the capping and did an amazing job. We would recommend this company very highly. Thank you for a wonderful job done!

    Two New Garage Doors

    After seeing the nice job Whitby Garage Doors did at our Son's house in Oshawa we took his brochure home then visited the showroom in Whitby. We made an appt. with Chad and he was great at guiding us through the selection process of insulation and paint color. Three weeks later Nick showed up on time to take out the old doors and installed our beautiful new doors which totally changed the look of our home for the better and we have had many compliments from friends and neighbors. It is great to deal with folks who offer quality products and professional service. We highly recommend them for any new garage doors or service you require.

    Excellent Service

    Garage Door Opener

    I contacted Whitby Garage 7 years ago to instal garage opener... From the first call to the finish line, they were professional, patient with all of f my question and very thorough... Did not have any issues... I was happy they moved to Whitby where Brandon came and installed a wall control panel... And recently I had issues with my keypad programming it and they came in same day and resolved my problem... My neighbour is now getting them to install a new garage door.., I would recommend them to anyone.

    Outstanding service

    In comparing various local companies, I could find none that came anywhere near the level of attentiveness, knowledge, professionalism and expertise that all of the staff at Whitby Garage Doors provided. They went above and beyond to provide exceptional usual customer service throughout the process of selecting, measuring, purchasing and installing our beautiful new garage doors. I highly recommend them.

    Replaced two garage doors, added a door opener and got capping!

    First of all, please know that I do not work for, nor know anyone who works for this company so I am offering this review purely because this company deserves it. I recently bought an older home which had the original build quality garage doors. I had three quotes and did my research at Lowes, Home Depot etc. these guys were absolutely brilliant. Brandon was great, he didn't push me to buy more than I needed, they all explained their products and their process perfectly. Everything was done on time, on budget all while making me feel extremely confident and comfortable. Collin and Cody came when they said they would and installed the doors under 2 hours! Dave came shortly after, installed the capping within 2 hours and it looks incredible. I am a busy mom with two kids under 4 who has no time for anything...but I felt it was important to take the time to express my sincerest gratitude for the work this company did.

    Garahe door repair

    We called at 730 this morning, they fit us in this afternoon. Showed up on time, employee was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Very happy with this service! Will definitely be using them to replace the old garage doors once we are in our new house.
