    Garage door

    Broken spring on garage door. Work completed when promised and at the price quoted. Will use them again and will recommend them to others. Site cleaned up well.

    Fixed springs on garage door

    Showed up on time, did clean work and explained what was done when completed. Cost was exactly what was estimated. Friendly and professional.

    Garage Door Repair

    This company was referred to me by another company in Aurora who wasn't servicing garage doors in the Oshawa area anymore. This turned out to be an excellent selection as they sent a technician promptly (Nick A) who was very courteous and showed great professionalism when it came to identifying the problem, broken springs, and then fixing it within an hour. The electric garage door now opens and closes without posing any danger of hurting anyone! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Garage door repair

    Had problems with my garage door not opening. Several failed attempts put the door on an angle. I called another company before I called 'Whitny Garage Doors'. The customer service over the phone with that other company wasn't great so I decided not to go that route. I called Whitby Garage Door and spoke with Nick. He was courteous and made every effort to work with my schedule. Nick was also the technician that came out. He did a great job! He was very pleasant. He spent the time needed to fix the problem. He did not try to sell me unnecessary 'parts'. He made every effort to resolve the issue, and that he did. There prices are also quite reasonable. Happy customer

    Excellent Service

    Nick came out right on time to install our garage door opener. He was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job with the installation. He even took the time to show me how to adjust the power on the door opener if it doesn't happen to open in the winter. I am very happy with the service received by Nick from Whitby Garage Doors!

    Garage door opener system replaced.

    Nick was very professional and very polite ..he explained the work he had completed and gave some helpful tips and suggestions. Everything done in a timely manner as well.

    Garage Door removal and install

    After calling around in Whitby to find a company to remove my old garage doors and install new ones - I found these guys. Nick showed up at my house this morning and was a pleasure to have on site; thorough and professional. Great job Nick!

    Garage door cable replacement

    Cable replacement done efficiently and effectively. Friendly technician. Explained what he was doing. Lubricated hinges, spring, drum after replacement. Thanks!

    Garage Door

    This company offered excellent customer service. They were pleasant to talk to on the phone and on site they were very friendly! We were really happy with them all around!
