This was the second time we worked with Jayden and Alex. We replaced 3 exterior doors a few year ago and where very happy with the final result and experience with Legacy. This year we wanted to update our aging aluminium windows as well as the replace vinyl siding. We talked with other siding and window vendors and ultimately decided to go wit Legacy ounce more. As with the first job, Jayden came over for a site visit, determined the scope of the job and provided a timely quote. Ounce we made our final decision and signed off on the quote. Jayden and Alex came back to the house to talk about a timetable and make design choices. Work started and completed on the predetermined dates. They arrived on day one and immediately started the work. Alex and his crew always do the little a great job. They complete there work and leave almost no trace of any work done. They used vacuum cleaners as they removed the old windows to minimize dust and debris inside the house. They cleaned all the new windows off when installed as well as scrub the new siding. Ounce completed they left the worksite in the same conduction as it was when they started and picked up every single piece of debris found around the house. Legacy Windows & Doors will continue to be our go-to for any such renovation work and I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a window, door and siding contractor.

We contacted legacy for a quote for windows for our new garage. We received our quote within a day of our request , good price and delivery time worked very well with the timing of that stage of the project. Very nice product. Would recommend legacy to our friends. Thanks Peter

I highly recommend Legacy Windows; the customer experience from first contact to job completion was excellent. Jayden listened to what we were trying to accomplish - providing two cost options for our review... an economy grade mix and a mid-range grade. The price difference wasn't substantial, so we went with the latter. In addition, he put forward suggestions to enhance the curb appeal by adding colour accents around the living room picture window, as well as around our front entry door. We also changed the format of a couple of the other windows, providing enhanced views. The installation and clean-up was done over 3 days (Dec. 18 to 20), and couldn't have gone smoother. The crew was fantastic, and cleaned things up before leaving each day. We did have one window which wasn't exactly as we expected at install.. a miscommunication of which way we wanted the window to slide open. Legacy Windows corrected the situation, without question, and without additional cost to us. Coming from a background of customer service, I give Jayden and his crew at Legacy Windows two huge thumbs up.

Great process with Legacy from estimates to install. Very collaborative approach and communication was top notch. Jayden was great in working with us through the project strategy and Alex was equally as fantastic along with his cheerful team in the install. Final result has a major “wow” factor, and my wife was impressed with their cleanup too. I felt comfortable with my initial experience with some of Legacy’s competitors but something about Legacy told me that they would do a great job and they did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Efficient and friendly service. Jayden was awesome and provided a quick detailed quote. Legacy was willing to work within our very specific timeline to ensure windows were replaced while we were on vacation to minimize the impact on our home life. This was very much appreciated! Excellent working relationship with our siding contractor to coordinate the project and repair some rot issues. This ensured the new windows were installed level and look great. Old aluminum single pane windows were removed and replaced with new double entertainment star vinyltech windows and French doors. Beautiful window mouldings, expert job and very efficient and professional. Great timely and accurate. I would hire them again in a second!

All the work was done and finished when and as promised. All the guys were great to work with. We are very happy with the product. We would definitely use Legacy again, in fact when they came back with the screens we had them measure for another window replacement
