    New Vinyl Windows

    I wanted to share our truly amazing experience with Legacy Window & Doors. After careful consideration and doing lots of research, which involved reading so many reviews, (of which theirs were definitely the best I had seen on HomeStars and Google) and also getting quotes from 3 other companies, we decided to hire Legacy to install new high quality Vinyltech windows in our home to replace our old aluminum ones. Firstly, let me say that all the 10/10 reviews for Legacy are spot on... they 100% delivered on sales, service, installation and follow-up! Lincoln was the sales representative that worked with me through every aspect of the process of choosing the right windows for our home at the best possible price. He was patient, considerate, and very professional. He made us feel very comfortable which is what we like... no high pressure sales tactics or anything like that. He was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions regarding glass type, LoE coatings, best methods of installation, available rebates etc. He was always easily available to contact by text, phone or email, and quickly made any changes or revisions that I wanted as we were deciding on the final product. At one point I had to delay the project to look after a sick family member... he was totally understanding and compassionate... just waited until I got back to him. Many thanks Lincoln... you're the best! The installation and operations team were also just amazing.... Derek, Brennan, Matt, Shane, Allan, Alex and Ethan were easily the most professional tradespeople we've ever had work on our home. They showed up on time everyday, insisted on taking their shoes off when working inside, always cleaned up impeccably at the end of the day, and did an overall phenomenal job putting in all the windows, trim, and a sliding patio door. Their attention to detail and the quality of the work they did was beyond our expectations and really impressed us. They all spoke very highly of their company and how much they enjoyed working there. Our home looks terrific... really glad we chose Legacy Windows & Doors!

    Great company and easy to deal with. Very straightforward process and completed the work in timely fashion.

    Kitchen windows replacement

    Our son had Legacy do a complete Windows installation on their complete home renovation. They were very pleased with the results and the service. Based on their experience we also chose Legacy to replace six kitchen windows. We were not disappointed.

    Door replacement

    We replaced a door with two windows. Legacy was wonderful to work with - their communication was clear, they cleaned up the workspace every day and the final product was just what we hoped for.

    Window Installation

    Amazing experience from start to finish with Legacy Windows. Everyone is so efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The crew installing our windows were fantastic in cleaning up everyday and makdr the week go very fast. Our project consultant - Kyle was the best to deal with. Highly highly recommend!!

    Excellent work and even better service

    I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding window and door replacement service, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Kyle, our Project Consultant, was with us every step of the way. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to understand our needs and provided fantastic recommendations tailored to our home.     Living room skylight

    Hi Jayden, I wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks for the incredible job your team did with our skylight installation. The two gentlemen who worked on our home over the past three days were absolutely fantastic. Their craftsmanship is truly top-notch, and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work. We appreciate how clean they left our home each day. We were able to live comfortably throughout the entire installation, and our house never felt like a construction site. It made such a difference to come back each day to a clean home, even in the middle of the projectit really made our lives so much easier. And now, with the skylight fully installed, it's just an amazing feeling to walk into our living space and see the sunshine for the first time. It's completely transformed the room. Please pass along our appreciation to the team for their hard work and attention to detail. We couldnt be happier with the result.

    Windows replacement for whole house

    Glad we went with legacy. They interview you during the sales process to make sure they understand what you are looking for and how to work best together. You can tell they care for their customers, and their prices are lower than reputable competitors. The crew that installed the windows were top notch, super pleasant experience from beginning to end.
