Roof
I did a lot of homework and obtained many quotes (10) for our Roof project. It helped me decide what shingle to go with, Certainteed Landmark AR. Sure cost was one of my factors and Torcan Group was not the least expensive quote but made the most sense to me. I am so happy that I found Andrew. I felt most comfortable working with him. The result is excellence! Money well spent. Andrew and his team is excellent, professional and efficient. My wife and I are so happy with our new roof and will use Andrew again for other exterior renovations. Highly recommended, at least get an estimate and you'll see why I felt so comfortable working with Andrew.

Capping of wood around porch, window and patio door with aluminum.
We are very pleased with the work done by Andrew Torcan Group. They were punctual and did an excellent job replacing wood and capping entry porch, patio doors and window. We have no hesitation in re hiring or recommending this company.

vertical siding skirt and waterproofing
I hired Torcan group to help me with a leaky basement. Andrew was knowledegable and realized that the water leak was coming from underneath the old siding and down into the foundation. They were reasonably priced and now it looks great and no more leaking! Thanks Torcan Group!

Replacement of Fascia
My fascia blew off in a windstorm. Torcan first inspected then replaced the missing fascia and also secured other fascia areas. Very knowledgeable, friendly, decent price. I would recommend Torcan group.

Roof
Amazed how detailed his work. Very approachable and price is reasonable. He will be coming back to do my garage and landscaping in May Highly recommend

Clad and Tudor work and roof repairs
From start to finish this was a great job. Finished a few days ahead of Schedule and when we asked to add a few things last minute they had no problem doing it.

Siding repair/installation
The thing that stood out for me when dealing with Andrew and his team at Torcan Group (apart from the excellent work they did on our siding) was their reliability and professionalism. Andrew was quick to respond to my original bid for siding repairs, and I was impressed by his approach to my project due to his experience in roofing as well as siding repair. His quote was very reasonable and he finished the project on schedule and on budget. It was not an easy project due to the position of the dormers on the roof and after getting multiple quotes for bringing in machinery to reach the windows Andrew’s experience in roofing saved me the trouble and cost of having to incorporate that into my budget. It was a delight to deal with Andrew and his team and I would recommend Torcan Group to anyone needing aluminium siding replacement.

We called Andrew who was very prompt, professional and informative about the products and plan to fix the window casing with a permanent solution. Andrew's work is exceptional, I provided a befow and after picture so you can see his workmanship for yourself. We would not hesitate for a second in recommending Andrew!
