We own a property that needed front aluminum windows and two pair of doors to be replaced. Direct Windows with the best business offer got the job and performed great! Direct Windows is using a professional installers crew . They are equipped and trained to do their job professionally. They came on time, secured the job site, removed old and installed new windows and doors, left no garbage around. I like their professionalism and attitude.

I am writing this review because I was impressed by the professional work done on my house where we had our new windows installed by Direct Windows and Doors team. Our project manager was Serge Gamalye - he is one of the owners of the business and gave us a good deal. He also advised us on the window style, suggested window coverings foe our windows. All matched perfectly to our furniture and upholsteries. Me and my wife liked the performance of new windows a lot. We are going to refer our friends to Direct Windows and Doors.

Despite of the best price among others, they provide very high quality products. Plus, they also spent only 3 days on installing my 20 windows (including 1 bay, 1 huge picture window and 1 arch windows) changed and the front glass door. I am very satisfied with their work and they are very honest, responsible and friendly people. Highly recommand to anybody who is looking for a window and door replacement.

We had vinyl windows installed by a company some ten years ago. The quality to glass was not that good and the gas leaked out resulting in moisture in between glass layers. I called few companies but I didn’t like their recommendations, or the price. Eventually I found Serge Gamalye of direct windows and doors. He gave good price his work was guaranteed. The glass was replaced. I found his work excellent. I was so satisfied with his work that I called his to change my front and patio doors.

Direct Windows and Doors had the best quote of all the 5 companies I reached out to for the work on my house. They were about $1,500 less than the next lowest quote, but I was a bit nervous about their lack of web reviews. To ease my fears though, Kosta gave me 5 past customers contact details and I called three and visited a couple who live relatively close by to me, and saw the great workmanship of his team. Both of the past customers had great things to say. I placed our order, and then we waited about 3 1/2 weeks for the manufacturing to take place. We also visited the Vinyl-Pro factory and were satisfied with their workmanship. The work was ultimately done in late May, over the course of two days. I needed to be a little flexible with the days Direct Windows and Doors wanted to work, but it was perfectly fine with me. They did the work very quickly and quite cleanly compared to other contractors who I have had work before in my house. To expect 100% cleanliness is a ridiculous expectation of customers, and to my pleasant surprise, there appeared to be one worker of the team each day dedicated to general labour and clean-up. The more experienced staff did an awesome job of removing the originally inappropriately installed windows in my home, and the retrofit install that was done to allow me to retain my existing wood frames was excellent. The workmanship was very good, and though I had my continual doubts that they would get done in two days, the project team surprised me with their attention to detail and speed. Kosta ensured there were enough members each day (3 on day one and 4 on day two) to get the work done cleanly and also speedily, with a focus more on the former. The team was also good at addressing some feedback and questions I had through out the work, so that there were no loose ends at the end of the job. We're quite pleased with the windows and new doors in our house, and I am looking forward to calling the company back to also consider some renovations needed in the house in the future.

Excellent service, good price and great quality of products. . Serge sent his friendly, knowledgeable crew and all the windows in the entire house, 2 patio doors and a huge 15ft high window were installed in just 3 days. The inside was left immaculate. Their workmanship was professional. They cleaned up debris and left the place spotless..Highly recommended.

This company supplied me windows. They were installed in a day. My house looked like a tornado went through it. The bedroom wall was damaged. Garbage was left around the property and the front door was not what I had expected. It looked unfinished. I requested addition molding to be placed around it and suggested I would pay extra. I have never heard from this company again. The work was done but I am not even sure I have a guarantee. When I asked Kosta he told me to read my contract and that the guarantee was with the Window manufacturer. His written contract uses symbols and he did not write it out so it could be clearly understood. This differs from his presentation of the product. I would not recommend them. I never received a final bill although i paid extra for capping of a window.

My windows and doors were in terrible condition. Serge came by, and was very professional and punctual. He was friendly, polite, and did an excellent job on my windows and doors.
