Kostatine's team did a great makeover on my windows. All 7 windows neatly changed in a day and doors nicely caulked. The team were very professional and left the how clean and finishing their job. Definitely will recommend them.

Hired Kosta and his team about 5 years ago to replace bedroom and basement egress windows in our home. They were efficient, professional, and very tidy! Rates were reasonable, and Kosta made sure we were happy with every detail. We hired them again this year to replace all windows in our new house, and their work is still impeccable. The first thing the guys did when they arrived was put down carpets to make sure every floor stayed clean. Looking forward to working with them again!

The crew was at the house early, which was awesome. They went over everything with us and kept us informed of the work they were doing, pointing out certain things to keep in mind they noticed as they worked which was greatly appreciated. We feel they went above and beyond during the installation. Direct Windows and Doors did an amazing job replacing our front door! From the time we contacted them for a quote to actual installation was about 1 month which was a quicker turnaround time than any other company we had received quotes from. They were extremely quick but do absolute quality work all at an amazing price. I could not be happier with the turn out of this! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be working with them again in the future.

wrote contract; contractor wanted to install a cheap version of the door we agreed to; he said he will try to find the right door; he later claimed he cannot find the product. The company: York Aluminum Stormdoors Ltd. is alive and well. END!

The old window was very old and the interior framing had rotted over 3 decades. Serge and his excellent assistant installed the new one in just one (long) day and did an excellent and professional job. At one point, they were finishing the caulking and could have rushed it, but they kept on touching and retouching the work to get it just right! They also had to rebuild and fortify the base of the window to replace the damaged sections. In addition to the top quality workmanship, Serge accomplished a miracle. My schedule was such that I had a very narrow window (no pun intended) to get it done. Unfortunately, although the order for the new window had been placed, it had somehow gotten 'lost'. Serge magically got the window in one week! If you've ever ordered a custom measured large window you may know it can often take 6 to 8 weeks! Luckily, he got it and installed it in the nick of time. The day after it went in, Toronto had a ferocious ice storm on April 14. I will forever be grateful to Serge!!! Without hesitation, I would recommend him to anyone.

I had someone break into my house and called on a Saturday to have someone assess the damage. Serge showed up the next day and provided a quote and said they could start the job on Monday, so long as the door was in stock. This was extremely important to make sure home was secure, as insurance contractor wasn't able to fix it for 6-8 weeks! By Tuesday afternoon the repair to the screen door was done. Quality work and professional treatment. Thank you Serge and team for making me me and my family safe.
