    Maytag washer

    Maytag washer was leaking water even when it wasn’t being used. Andy the repair technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong. Andy ordered the part and came back the next day and repaired it. Great service!

    Kitchen range repair

    The electric oven packed up on our range. The service guy tested it thoroughly and said that the relay board had packed up. Said the part was no longer available but the office would check and confirm the next day, which they did. So it is off to the showroom for a replacement!

    Dishwasher repair

    Diagnosis to repair a Miele dishwasher. Motor issue was found. However at first tried to repair it worked for I wash then did not.

There is no additional charges for the return visit or the labour if it is the same issue. It is all covered under our flat fee. If we installed the motor and the motor has failed it is also covered under warranty. We can be reached at 888 501-9702.     Washing Machine

    Based on my recent interaction with the staff at Repair Care, I would recommend them for their high level of customer service. While the final outcome was not what I hoped for I was completely satisfied with their responses to my concerns, their patience and their willingness to go above and beyond to work on repairing my LG washing machine. When the initial service call did not result in a sustainable fix, they willingly returned time and again, finally covering the cost of any additional parts required. When we finally both agreed that the machine was probably irreparable, they quickly agreed to provide a full refund of any service and parts costs I had incurred except for the initial consultation which I believe was fair. At no time was I made to feel like a bother or a difficult client, but everyone from the client support rep, the technician and the manager were always pleasant, helpful and respectful. Thank you for being a great organization to deal with.

    Fridge repair

    Efficient, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible. Taught me quite a bit about my fridge and freezer. Easy to talk to.

    Repaired kitchenaid supurba refrigerator

    Waterline and ice door both repaired after pulling out and cleaning vents- 16 year old frig all working again

    Applisnce repair for over the range microwave hood fan. Quick answer to phone call and on-site repair. Good communication at every step.

    Great customer service

    Extremely satisfied with the work and level of customer service we received! The person we dealt with listened to all of our concerns, talked us through what would happen, and kept us updated every step of the way. Staff were all friendly, professional, and what we found refreshing was that they dealt with us like we were people, not just a paycheque. Most importantly they finished everything promptly and in a way that surpassed our expectations. We have already spread the word to our family and friends, and will continue to do so!
