Our Bosch dishwasher had an error code and we called Repair Care in the morning and within 15 mins we had an appointment booked and within 4 hours the technician showed up, diagnosed the issue and resolved it. The technician from RepaieCare is knowledgeable and friendly explains the issue to me. He also suggested practical solutions for the current and future issues. The charge is quite reasonable. Before I found out RepairCare, I contacted other companies 3 times. In two times, the technicians did not want to come for a visit because the location is in downtown Toronto. In the 3rd one, the company does not deal with the refrigerator brand. In a frustration, I google searched and found out RepairCare and received the same day visit. Our LG dishwasher shut off during a wash leaving a blank panel. After several attempts at restarting it would rub for a while and fail again. I was told by LG that it might be a loose door lock. I t wasn't. This was determined by Repair Care during the first visit. i was told then that it could be the control board. The washing machine is a front load model which started to leak from the bottom of the door when the machine was in use. The seal around the door had become distorted so needed to be replaced. I called the company and the technician came out & assessed the situation. He ordered a new part which arrived within a week. The same technician came back and made the repair so now I have the washer back in working order. Everyone with whom I dealt was polite, efficient and professional.Answer from pro:
