Samsung washing machine
I called sunday book for tuesday spoke to Lilia, the technican came fixed my washer.
Now everything is great, back to normal now. I am very appreciate the technican work. He is very good guy.

I called frantic because the rubber insert in my front loader had popped out 2 days before our open house (selling). I called repair care and they were so knowledgable and helpful. Excellent, professional service both from office and repair man. Tara when over and beyond to assist me. I could tell from the tone of her voice, she had a smile on her face.
