Our washer would not drain water from the main drum. Problem with drain hose and repaired without issue

Reboot required. Freezer not freezing and fridge not cooling. System rebooted and both freezer and fridge were restarted.

Ron was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed my washer in one appointment so i could get back to do my laundry.

A little confusion at the beginning around the date and time the repairs would occur. Once resolved the repairman on time and completed repairs.

Tech was very knowledgeable and made some very helpful recommendations, especially that we not throw our money away with an expensive repair on an old machine. My only complaint would be that Repair Care was about $30 more expensive for a call-out than the other repair services I called. They were able, however, to make it out the same day and save me time waiting.

Andy fixed a blocked washer drain and there is no need to use any extra words to describe that simple task.
