    Dishwasher repair

    Our dishwasher panel was not responding dispute our efforts. We contacted Homestars and the quickly able to get things going again. Very nice people to work with.

    Electric Range Repair

    Had an issue with our kitchen's electric range, was concerned about the safety of operating the unit. Tarah contacted me within a few minutes of my request, answered all of my questions, provided me a quote (clearly explained pricing), and promptly scheduled a service call. Misha (the technician) arrived on time, found and explained the problem, and promptly performed the repair. No surprises. Thanks to Tarah and Misha for your awesome service - fast, professional, and friendly. Would recommend.

    Refrigerator repair

    Was first quoted $727.98 plus tax 13% for one slide and other parts. Payment was to be UPFRONT . Told no warranty on the repair if I ordered one slider. Asked for price if two sliders would be installed and was quoted $945.98. That means the one slider was $218.00 when Maytag quoted $155.00. Had another repairman to do the repair and the cost was $165.00 and I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT. Please note I was not given a phone number for repaircare Client Care Manager Ext 103. Estimated time for repair was 2-3 weeks once parts parts are ordered. The new repair was 4 days.

    Refrigerator repair

    We received a prompt reply to our service request. Abu, the technician, was wonderfully efficient and explained all steps. He was also delightfully personable! And the price couldn’t be beat! Thank you Repair Care!!!

    Fridgidaire Galler Dishwasher

    Great experience - constant communication. Dishwasher needed a part replaced due to type of drain-pipe output. Technician came round, confirmed requirement, ordered the part and I was notified throughout the process on timing and when the part was in, and then booked a time slot for repair. Highly professional service

    Refrigerator repair appointment

    The technician did not show up at all. We were waiting from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. the technician could call us and cancel the appointment. But he didn't care. This is shameful for a company which pretend to value customers. So disappointed, Mike

    dishwasher repair

    I had a very good experience with Repair Care. The dishwasher required important internal parts ordered and replaced. But happily the entire process took less than 24 hours. The customer service throughout was efficient and friendly, especially the technician who came to my home. I highly recommend this company.

    Future Customer - General Electric Washing machine broken

    For my experiences on 06 June 2021. I am very satisfied with the customer service from the Edmonton Department of the RepairCare. First by asking for quotes for the repair on the website. Email and phone called followed on the next day. The Client Relations Manager (Tarah) is on the phone to confirm the appointment to have a technician come on the followed next day in the afternoon. Unfortunately, once the technician could not repair the GE washing machine base on his diagnose that the drum is broken and detached. He gives suggestions it would cost more for the repairs with a new pair of the drum and it would be cost-effective to purchase a new washing machine and don't buy the same washing machine because it has broken a lot (GE Washing Machine). The technician billed me on-site using a secured Moneris integration with his cell phone. The company accepts Visa or Mastercard. NO cash and follow the email of the invoice. This company is fair, professional, and ethical at all times. They sometimes go above and beyond whenever they can like suggestions and following up with a phone call once the job is completed. They make me feel that they care about their customer's service and the quality of their work by giving me a phone call follow-up with an additional email. I would recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future related to appliance repair services. Thank you, Mr. Phommathep

    Five star customer service- highly recommend

    RepairCare has never failed us, they are extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, excellent customer service, communication and always striving for excellence. As a property manager I practically have RepairCare on speed dial! I highly recommend!!
