Tony was great. He arrived promptly the very same day within the time given to me when I booked the appointment. He called me prior to arrival and was able to fix my dryer that same day. I was so impressed with Tony's skills and professionalism and the company as a whole when I booked the appointment. I will recommend them to everyone I know that needs an appliance repair.

alex came to repair my fridge that makes a huge noise and 2 of my stove burner not heating, he went back to their office to get the parts that needed and came back same day and now i do have both appliances working....thank you repair care

Larry fixed my Samsung washer last week Wednesday. We called repaircare because we had a leak coming from the washing machine. The tech was great and had the part with him when he came. Highly recommended

We were very pleased with the work that Mike did to repair our dishwasher.He ordered 2 different parts so that he was prepared for the replacement of the water pump or electrical board.No need to make two trips.

2 things were not functioning on my LG stove. One problem was the on/off button. Seems the panel needed fixing. The arrows to go high or low did not work. This was fixed during the first visit. The second problem had to do with one element. The inside element didn't work while th outside did. A replacement had to be ordered. When the office ordered it, they were informed that it was back ordered. Once received, a technician promptly came to the house to install. Two different technicians. Both were polite and respectful. They did their jobs efficiently. The only negative I have is the cost of the part and the cost to install the new element. I feel $200+ for labour excessive when the job took about an hour to finish. Thank you
