    Kitchen Fridge ( GE Monogram)

    The technician was, respectful, and courteous. You could tell he was knowledgeable and had many years of experience. When he started to investigate the fridge he was happy to discuss with me, his ideas, as to why it was freezing? He made an investigative look into his iPad for the schematics of the GE Monogram. He explained as to what he needed to do to get to the broken part. He then proceeded to work on the fridge explaining each part to me. He was very efficient and honest. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced and the order he was placing to repair it and the cost. Which was very reasonable. He told me that it would be a short wait perhaps a week or so. He returned in a week and replaced the part and he even went as far to have it look better then the factory installation. So happy to have my fridge working. Would I recommend Repair Care? Absolutely! I'm most impressed with this company and the Technician.

    Diagnosis of broken washing machine

    Clear and clearly knowledgeable diagnosis of problem. No frills, straight up estimate of repair and honest discussion of repair options. I greatly appreciated this technician s approach and work ethic. Highly recommended and will certainly call again. Book with confidence.

    Washing Machine Leak Repair

    Couldn't be less satisfied with this Company. First off I had Mike {Technician} come to my house. Excellent guy, Knowledgeable and kind. I needed the door gasket of a pretty much brand new washing machine fixed that leaked. the cost of the job with labour and parts was half the price of a washing machine, but since my machine was so new I figured It should be fixed. Mike came and did the job in a timely fashion and left. I did a wash a couple of days later on a sunday and there was a slight leak coming from underneath the washing machine. Nothing major, but still a leak. I called the number that was left on my caller ID back and went to voicemail. I left a message and waited for a callback. Never got one. Thinking maybe it was something else 2 weeks later I needed to do laundry again. Did it, same small leak. same call on sunday and same not reutrned. 3 weeks had gone by now. Another week later I needed to do a small wash again. Same leak again. This time instead of calling back the number that called my house I called the number for ottawa on the website and finally got through. I told the operator that I had not received my invoice at all yet for the work that was done and that the washing machine was leaking ever since his tech left my house. The response was, the leak that is coming from the bottom now has nothing to do with what they did and I would have to pay again to have it diagnosed and fixed!!!! I told him the soap tray doesnt sit correctly anymore since the work was done. It slightly pops out and is crooked, that I had called in with no response and asked him to check the voicemails, there should be a trail. The first words out of his techs mouth when I met him was "Wow this washing machine is literally brand new, too bad for the tiny rip in the gasket" And now they expect me to believe that something random happened somwhere on it right after the tech left that was not an issue before the entire machine was taken apart. I will post 3 pictures. one of the leak, the other of how the crooked tray now sits and another of how the tray in the dryer sits nice and flush like the washer use to. I will also be escalating this past just this review

    I am sorry for the confusion. The form that you got is a standard warranty form. It says that IF the problem you have is not related to the problem we fixed then you will pay again. If the leak is coming from the same place and is the same as last time of course it will be free of charge. As for the phone number, please use the website or the invoice phone number. The outgoing number is random and controlled by the phone company we use. Sorry about the confusion.

    I'd like to give more stars to the technician, but I'm waitng for a call back and he may be unaware

    My dryer is making loud drilling noises. A technician came and my husband signed the invoice. Ten minutes late I tried the dryer and it made a loud whirring noise. I emailed right away and asked the technician to return. I don't know if the technician received my messages. I'm asking that the technician call me to discuss. You were here yesterday evening Sept 29th in Orleans I would change my rating, but I'm a little frustrated with the customer service at the call centre.

We know exactly what is the problem with your appliance and can fix it. Before we can proceed we like to get paid per your agreement with us. We love to give service but we need to get paid per our agreement.

    Fridge Repair

    Technician repaired Fridge in 15 minutes. He didn't however provide me with a quote before he did the work. It is the technicians job to provide you with the option to proceed with the work or do it yourself and pay the $95 service fee. This option was never provided, most likely because it was repaired so quickly. The labour rate to fix the fridge was $259/hr!!!!! I would never have agreed to have them proceed with the work at that fee. This company has proven to me to have questionable business practices by removing my poor review of their company on Facebook. I wonder how many times this has happened. Buyer beware.

    Not fair! I have been in contact with this client over BBB and provided a document with the client signature and phone recording. Client was aware that $95 is a service call and not repair. This is common to any repair company in the world. How can you estimate a repair without knowing what part is broken? Absolutely not fair review!

    Machine not draining. Diagnosed root cause for permanent fix and removed blockage to restore service.

    Stove repair

    Install new electronics after analyzing problem and discussing options order the potential parts but we only needed one to complete.
