Hawk installed two Rinnai systems for me four years ago. They have been working flawlessly ever since, but require annual flushing to maintain peak performance. They arrived on time and were quite professional in conducting the annual maintenance. (And if you ask ahead of time, they will give you a discount if you are having multiple systems serviced at the same time.)

I purchased a tankless hot water system (Rinnai Rx199iN) which cost $4,746.00 for purchase, installation, and HST. This was Hawk's suggestion once I explained my needs: I have a tall house with a Grundfos pump that recirculates hot water to the upper floors. I stressed that I need a new hot water system AND that a pump is an essential part of water circulation in the house. In multiple phone calls and an initial house visit to figure out our setup, I indicated clearly and repeatedly that if my current pump does not work with the Rinnai Rx199 then what pump do we need?, or does Rinnai sell a tankless with its own pump (built-in or as an accessory which I had researched online)? Was assured that my existing pump would work with tankless system Hawk recommended. Well it does not. We now wait up to 2 minutes for warm water to reach the top floor of our house... what a huge waste of water. I have made multiple calls and complaints that led to two service calls: the Hawk plumbers and technicians sent for these calls had no suggestions except to note that the wrong system was installed... which is exactly the situation I sought to avoid by researching tanks myself, having multiple phone calls with Hawk, and multiple service calls including the installation and follow-up house calls. They no longer return my phone calls.

The team was very helpful and professional in helping me install a new water heater. They were flexible to take into consideration my schedule and were efficient and clean in their installation. Great work!

The consultation with Mashood went well. The initial team that came into prep went well. However, the technicians that came to install the heat pump left garbage everywhere and broke a light. They came back to pick up the garbage after I notified the office. When I asked isn't it part of the routine to clean, the tech said yes the garbage bags and brooms are in the truck. Not sure how they would use them if they left them in the truck. The office scheduled with me when they would return to fix the light. They never returned to fix the light. While everything went fine, they need to be supervised 100% of the time.

We could not be happier for the whole process, getting the best price, the best boiler, the best consultation, the best installation and even the best after-installation service. Needed the wiring from my HVAC to the thermostat fixed. The office and the technician coordinated with me well in terms of scheduling, as well as letting me know when they were about to come. Service was courteous, fast and thorough. Recommended.

Completely satisfied The guys were very helpful and I recommend them to anybody to do their work.The technician were nice and shows lot about of patience in doing their work.Sales rep guy was very nice and helpful he answers all my questions.

Just moved into the home and wanted to check the existing furnace and AC to ensure all functioning well as well as have a new wifi programmable thermostat installed. Hawk did a great job and Ill call them again next time I need someone!

Hawk has done a couple of boiler jobs for us over the last two years. They are reliable, and as far as I can tell, their work is solid. This job meant the technician had to come after a significant snow, when many parts of toronto had shut their doors for the day. I recommend hawk.
