Talha, Jim, and the rest of his crew are the professionals we often lack in our lives. They are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable HVAC professionals . Our home required two systems for a separate apartment. Most people will not even bother quoting such a complex setup, but Hawk Home Services was able to quote, be the best price available, and execute installation quickly and efficiently. Our current HVAC system outperforms the previous system, while being quieter and cheaper to run. The temperature is also balanced across our home unlike before. I look forward to the next time I meet with the Hawk Home Services team, and you should definitely give them a call.

Hawk provided a comprehensive, written quote after performing a thorough inspection of the property. (Which included videoing of the installation areas.) They arrived on time with two crews and installed a tankless boiler and tankless water heater within a day. They did a nice job on both installations. They were very professional and I would recommend them.

It began with the estimate. He arrived when he said he would and he did a thorough investigation of both outside and inside. He also explained in detail all that would be done. Within 10 minutes after he left, I received a detailed, written estimate describing all the labour involved plus the unit model numbers and the prices. They had the units in stock and were able to install the next day. A team of 3 arrived on time - they were all friendly and respectful and they worked non-stop until the job was completed. We were very satisfied with the job and how they cleaned up before leaving.

Last month my previous, always reliable air conditioner stopped cooling as it used to. I assumed that it just needed a top up of Freon refrigerant. However through my research, I discovered that new refrigerant regulations came into effect this year (2020) due to environmental concerns, so Freon is no longer being produced. It then became apparent to me that I would have to order a new eco-friendly air conditioner. I called another HVAC company but they did not carry the brand of air conditioner that I wanted. I then located Hawk Home Services through a Google search and was impressed with the overall customer service that they provided and their promptness with arranging an appointment. Through several discussions, they were able to accommodate my request (which required extra effort on their part) for my preferred brand of air conditioner unit that matches my furnace. I also appreciate the fact that there was no up-selling. My 2-1/2 ton AC unit came at the right time - during our city's extended summer heatwave. Two technicians did the installation, including a new thermostat and the next day their tech Jim came by to check on how the new unit was performing. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Each of the Hawk technicians adhered to the COVID-19 protocol and completed the work and clean up in a professional manner. I am very impressed with the quality of service provided by Hawk Home Services and highly recommend them. I intend to continue using this company for all of my HVAC services from now on.

My previous Rinnai tankless water heater had broken down. I called a couple of companies including Hawk Home Services. Not only is Hawk Home Services certified by Rinnai as an ACE Pro installer, but their price was most competitive. They were very responsive by phone, email and text. They answered all questions I had. They came in the next day and took 2h to replace the Rinnai tankless water heater. It was done in a very efficient and professional manner. I would definitely recommend Hawk Home Services.

Had an issue with my AC and called my paid service group and was provided with an appt for a 24/7 "emergency call" that was 4-days out. All the while they tried to up-sell services. Decided to call Hawk Home Systems based on reviews and am SO GLAD that I did. The responsiveness, booking and turn around time (they tried for that night but coordinated early next day) was mind blowing amid current logistics. Jim (amazing guy) arrived on time and was very respectful of Covid protocols as he went right to work. The assessment, issue diagnosis and work completed were done in an extremely efficient, thorough, professional manner and he was kind enough to field all of my questions and provide detailed explanations and recommendations for care and maintenance post-visit. Wish I could do better than a 10. Will use Hawk for my HVAC needs every time from this moment forward.

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless water heater, repair will cost considerable amount of funds. contracted several firms to obtain good price. Called Hawk, Talha, gave me good competitive price, acted fast and sent me his technician crew, Hamza and Muhsen, were really amazing, punctual, efficient, professional, respectful, replaced my tankless heater in a timely fashion manner. Thank you Hawk for understanding my situation and helping me even going beyond and replaced my light at the side entrance. God Bless you.

Hawk Home Services is the best company servicing East York by far. Call them for a quote and they'll send someone who give you the honest assessment -- unlike most contractors who will be walking into through your home! Everyone told me I need at 10k water system, but Talha asked me why I wanted to spend so much money on a 1500sq house. Quality work, fast and they know their stuff. No fuzz

A/C stopped working. Found Hawk after a quick google search. Called them that night and Jim the tech was here the next morning and was able to fix it immediately. This was one of the easiest and best repair experiences we’ve ever had. Jim was great. I would highly recommend Hawk. Shawn - Toronto
