    Furnace breakdown

    My furnade broke down last week and i found hawk home services online. Called them and their tech Paul was here in 2 hours, he diagnosed my furnace and replaced the thermocouple. Furnace works fine now. I recommend hawk home services for their professionalism and time managment.

    AC = REPAIR

    HAD A AC BREAKDOWN DURING A HEATWAVE ON A SUMMER NIGHT. CALLED HAWKS MECHANICAL, A TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP WITHIN AN HOUR TO DIAGNOSS THE AC. HE WAS VERY KIND AND INFORMATIVE. HE FIXED THE ISSUE AND EXPLAINED VERY THROUGHLY WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM AND GAVE LOTS OF TIPS ON HOW TO AVOID AND MAINTAIN THE UNIT. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FAST RESPONSE TIME. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT HAS ANY FURNACE OR AC RELATED ISSUES.

    A/C Installation

    The Hawk Home Services staff is super friendly, over the phone, and in person! I had a great experience with Hawk, and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Their 24 hour customer service was very useful anytime I had a question or concern. They also are a multicultural company whom was able to speak and help my mother in her native tongue (for she does not speak English), when I was not available to speak. To end, I would like to mention that they do not oversell any of their workers or products, and their pricing is very reasonable. As someone with a middle class income, I was easily able to afford their services, especially since they provide such hard work in such reasonable costs. Thank you Hawk! -Zoha

    New AC install

    Air conditioner broke down it was old so I thought it was best to replace it. Found their number online, gave them a call and they gave me a quote. No up-selling, called a few other companies, their prices were best. Called them back and they came to install next day, They also got me a rebate. Very impressive staff and installer did a very neat job, cleaned everything before leaving and tested the system. It was a 3 ton air conditioner

    Install new Central AC unit

    The Sales rep who came to my house, in Brampton, was very helpful and did not try an up sale me on a unit I did not need and great prices. They installed my unit the date I needed it and the installer was very polite and left zero mess and even laid down drop cloths thur the house. I would so use them again

    Central Air Conditioner

    My system was originally installed by Sears. When it broke down, I called a company that could do emergency service as Sears usually can't come for a few days. The company told me the compressor was shot and that my best bet was to get a whole new system. Knowing the compressor was still under warranty, I called Sears for a service call. Hawk is one of their contractors and came to have a look. The technician, Greg, was awesome. He explained everything and figured out very quickly that it was simply a blown capacitor. (Note: This was something I had specifically asked the previous company about and their tech said the capacitor was fine and it was clearly a problem with the compressor). Needless to say I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat for not only good and fast service but for being honest and saving me money.
