Recently replaced our old furnace and we had Kevin from Hargrave Heating and Air Conditioning working with us. Kevin was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The service was great. Kevin and his installation team (Dimitri and the other person) were very professional and respectful of the property. They rolled out carpets to protect the property and cleaned up after themselves. They arrived on time and did a good and clean installation work. We definitely recommend this company and its Crew

Kevin came to install a receiver for our gas fireplace so we could use a remote. He is personable, professional and efficient. The whole job took about five minutes and everything works perfectly. We're super impressed with Hargrave.

We encountered a problem with our furnace shutting down prematurely and not providing heat. On the recommendation of a neighbour, I contacted Tim for assistance. He was able to arrange for one of his service technicians to have a look. He showed up within 45 minutes and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. The office was able to provide options without any pressure or obligation. Even after normal business hours, Tim made himself available to answer questions. We opted for the replacement and to my surprise, Tim was able to not only schedule for the next day, but the first call of the day! His techs showed up as arranged the night before and were extremely efficient. They took extra care to protect the floors as they had to remove the old unit and bring in the new unit. Upon completion, the techs cleaned up the site and removed all garbage generated. I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend. You just don't get this kind of service these days. Thank you!

Everything went great, although could have expedited the installation of the furnace since the old one was not working. Providing a new filter with the purchase of every furnace could be something to consider as well.

Tim and the entire Hargrave team have been excellent since day 1. My AC went last year and Tim sent someone from the team within a couple of hours to assess the situation and provide viable solutions. He presented a few options and we trusted their skill and expertise to install a new air conditioner. Our second experience was even better. Our furnace was having issues on Good Friday and I contacted Tim and he had a technician at our house within one hour. The technician was very thorough and provided an immediate solution. We were up and running within 45 minutes. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to resolve their AC or furnace requirements. They are skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. Great service. Our furnace had been on the fritz and I call Tim, he responded right away and was able to make adjustments to the schedule to ensure that we got our heat back as we have a toddler at home. He made arrangements for Mackenzie to come the same day for a service call. Mackenzie arrived early, did a thorough inspection and provided in great detail the issues and the go forward plan. Highly recommend and will continue using Hargrave for any future issues.

Excellent service by Hargrave HVAC. Right from the beginning when I contacted Lowes, I felt the quality of service and best price than any competitors in the market. Hargrave quoted me the best price for Carrier without any hidden charges or additional cost. What you get from Lowes-Hargrave tie up is “the guarantee by biggest Nationwide retailer” Lowes and “service by the HVAC experts” with decades of experience. Although I did order 13 seer residential central air conditioner, On the day of installation Hargrave upgraded my AC to 14 Seer at no cost because they found that 13 Seer in stock is slightly damaged in transit. Without re-scheduling the installation they came with 14 Seer and done the installation as planned. The installation crew even covered the holes on ceiling properly without additional cost. Thanks to Hargrave HVAC and Lowes. I would strongly recommend Hargrave HVAC.
