GTA Railings did an amazing job! Very professional work. They gave me a confirmation of day and time plus, notified me of their arrival 10 minutes before inspection and quote day as well as installation day. Professional crew, professional installation and clean up. My railings are beautiful and solid. Highly recommend them for your future railing work.

I am the contractor who built the deck but customer wanted glass railing which is something I do not do. I had to outsource this and after trying to even get a call back from other companies wasnt an easy task Mike from GTA railings not only was efficient and informative from first contact he also was great through the whole process. He was very cooperative with the timing and never gave up when the timing because of the weather was an issue. He came when I was available to meet and pricing was great. He worked with the timing of availability to install at the site and had it done perfectly with no mess or damage to deck. I am going to try and sell more glass and or aluminum railings so I can have the opportunity to work with mike again. I don't usually outsource anything as I have had a few bad experiences with other contractors but mike is a pleasure to work with and my customer and the builder felt the same way and love the railing (and the deck) and the complete project.

After doing some research and comparing different companies, I decided on GTA Railings. When I contacted Mike, he responded quickly and answered my questions about the railings. Mike explained that the railings are certified and come with engineering drawings for the inspection report. The product is custom fabricated and high-end quality. Mike provided a quote and I learned that the work would be completed within a short timeline. We arranged a visit so he could take measurements. Mike was very pleasant. He ordered the railings and installed them within the promised timelines. I liked Mike’s responsiveness and quick follow-through. After completing the work, I received photos of the work and all of the paperwork, such as the invoice and engineering drawings. I am very happy with the railings. I am also happy that Mike was able to recommend his landscaping partners so I could get other work completed.

After a few months of researching railing companies we decided to go with GTA Railings. We are extremely happy with our decision. We had our front porch railings and columns done and they turned out amazing. The quality of the railings is strong, they look great, and the customer service was great. They presented many colour and size options and did the order and install in under 2 week.

We contacted GTA Railings about installing new glass and aluminum railings to our front steps and from our initial contact to the final installation were impressed with the service and responsiveness throughout. Mike worked hard to ensure we got the right mix of materials for the look we were trying to achieve, and his crew ensured all of the installation was done in a single day. I am glad i picked GTA railings to do our install. I was given a 2-3 week ETA but was pleasantly surprised when they showed up within a week. I was impressed by the proffessionalism of the installers, they were courteous, skilled and in and out within an hour.

We had just completed have new stamped concrete put in on our driveway, front landing/stairs and backyard patio. We needed the front railings and handrails installed for safety. I looked at several companies but the reviews for GTA were consistent and excellent so I contacted Mike via text. He responded immediately with a good price and had the front project installed within 10 days. Anthony did the installation and did an outstanding job. It was then we decided to complete the back yard and asked him for a quote. We proceeded with that work and the installation was done 2 weeks ago by Balkan. Again, we are very satisfied with the quality and installation and the skilled staff that Mike hires. Mike makes every effort to communicate and install as quickly as possible once the order is placed. My existing wood and glass decking was rotting after many years. Michael came out to look and show me examples for the 32’ needed. Crew came and were like ninjas..very prepared and quick and thorough. Took existing down and put in new aluminum and glass under 2 hours. Amazing. They certainly knew what they were doing. The deck now looks so clean and modern and the Pewter is such a great colour. Michael came and picked up old glass immediately..was in garage. Appreciated. Looking at the pic you can see the neighbours old railings. Thx Michael
