Mike and his team were fantastic. I needed railings on my front porch replaced and had my old railings removed prior to contacting Mike. Mike put me at ease regarding the job and selecting what I wanted and Anthony did a great job installing the railings on the date promised and also took away the old railings so that I wouldn't need to go out of my way to get rid of them on my own. I highly recommend GTA Railings!

Recently had the front porch and stairs retrofitted and needed a new handrail installed. Was directed to GTA Railings by a contractor. Not a huge job but, hey, it's my home, right? Gave Mike a call and received a prompt (1 hour!) reply by text. A few back and forth texts, we had a general idea of cost, sample pictures and timelines. Made arrangements to have Mike drop by a couple of days later to take measurements, confirm railing style (many samples to choose from) confirm timelines and sign off on contract. Installation took place within timeframe as promised (1 to 2 weeks for product). The installer, Anthony, was professional, knew his stuff and fully engaged me in the process, i.e., confirming location of the railing, how drilling was to be done, etc. Great experience overall. Very happy with how things worked out. Highly recommended and would use them again.

Very happy with the new railings. The quality of the product and installation was fantastic. Wish I would have done it years ago, as it really improved the appearance of the house over the old steel ones that that the builder used. I would definitely use GTA Railings again.

Mike was incredible during the quotation process. Very supportive and advised based on my vision the right way to go with multiple options. Anthony arrived today snd completed installation with meticulous attention and asked us at each major stage our opinion on aesthetics. I could not be happier and GTA Railings was best choice in city!
