I have been using Central Commercial couple of times. I wouldn't like to compromise with anyone else, because they are always the best and top for quality service. Last month I eave problem with the boiler and I called them several times and disturbing them but they described my case politely. They are professional & smart always. I would like to recommend Central Commercial to my friends and family.

I had my new Or boiler installed by another company and it never worked properly. For months I’ve been told (from this other company) that that was just the way boilers are: they make problems. Then they said it was the OR brand’s fault because their boilers are poorly made. I finally decided to hear another company’s opinion and I was lucky enough to find Central They found out that there were issues in the way the boiler had been installed and they were luckily able to fix them. Now the boiler is working just like a new one should do and I asked … to take care of its maintenance in the future.

When my boiler stopped working in the middle of the coldest days . They send a guy that same day and he stayed at the house for I think 10 minutes. He had already figured out what the problem could be: a frozen condensate pipe. He said this is a common issue during the winter, especially for those devices that have the pipe fitted externally (just like mine). He not only fixed the issue but also insulating the pipe so to prevent the problem to occur in the future. He also showed me how I can fix the problem on my own if it occurs again. These guys know their work!

My review for Central is 100% positive, under any point of view. AVAILABILITY: impressive. They picked up the phone on a Saturday afternoon, were very patient, and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday soon in the morning. QUALITY OF THE WORK: they fixed a problem that I was having for months. I couldn't have continuous cold water and they fixed the issue by deeply cleaning the system with specific machinery. PRICE: lower than expected. COURTESY: amazing! The person on The phone didn't sound bothered by having being called on a Saturday. Mike, the tech that came, had a smile on his face - well begin his masks - and was friendly and cheerful the whole time. It was nice having him in the house and exchanging jokes while he was working. I can highly recommend Central.

I had already purchased a Lennox furnace when I contacted Central. I had taken arrangements with another company that turned out to be unreliable, and Central was recommended by my brother. I should've called them in the first place. They were nice in telling me that there was no problem if I already have the furnace unit, they could certainly install it. I hoped they could work with this brand, but they say they work with any brand and I liked this policy. They offered me a great deal - having already purchased the furnace unit the price has been very affordable and I must thank them for having finished the work another company had failed to accomplish without hesitation.

Central Commercial and Residential Services was great. Needed a new furnace because ours was 42 years old and had cracked heat exchanger. They sold and installed a new one for a good price and it works great. The install team (Joe, Mike and Brian) were awesome. There were some unforeseen issues and they found a solution and resolved it on the spot including bringing 2 additional installers to help. There was no extra change as the quote was guaranteed! Definitely recommend!

Mike is a true professional in every sense!! Our furnace broke down yesterday when it was freezing cold. Luckily we called Central Commercial & Residential Services Ltd. and Mike picked up the phone. It was already late in the night, but he answered all our queries. Not just that he helped us troubleshoot over the phone and had our furnace running in no time. He was empathetic and provided solution to our problem without any expectation. There are very few people like him and kudos to him for the exceptional service he provides. I know for sure that if we ever have a problem we will surely call him or his company and refer him to all our friends and family.

My brother has been a client of Central for a long time and I had their number from him. I’m not an expert at all - it’s quite the opposite actually: I didn’t even know how to explain the issue. They were very patient and they commenced making specific questions to try to understand the matter. I ended up informing them about my furnace brand and model plus the error code I was visualising. They do some research and they were able to understand the problem this way. It apparently was a simple thermostat problem and they informed me they’d come and replace it. The entire experience with them was top-grade: they are competent, courteous and patient.

I had an amazing experience with the They provided a high-quality service from the first time I called them. The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and asked me for some information, like the brand of the boiler (I have a Lennox) and the type of issue (I was having a leaking). He told me he’d contact the technician to ask him if he could come on that same day. I was called back from the technicians himself who said that he had an idea about what could cause the problem and he’d come during the afternoon. He arrived on time and fixed the leaking with professionalism and efficiency (the leaks came from the pressure valve and he fixed it). He was clean, precise and quick.

My boiler had a low pressure and I couldn’t figure out why. I have a little experience with boiler repairs, but this time I couldn’t fix the problem myself. The man that the company sent did a careful check and found out that the low boiler pressure was caused by a leak. He was very patient while making all the checks and then he had to find the leak and repair. For the whole time, he was polite and friendly, he did his job with care and attention. After the repair had been made, he did additional tests and checks to make sure everything was working properly. I had never seen a guy working with this passion and care. I was impressed!
