Since Central installed our Amana air conditioner 3 years ago, we had a tech coming every year for regular maintenance. The appointments have always been attended on time, and the two techs that we've met during the years on different occasions were both knowledgeable and professional.

After having dealt with some dishonest companies, I appreciated Central's clarity, fair quotes, and professionalism. I have a York conditioner that they did not install, but having had a bad experience with the old company I decided to change. I contacted Central for a small leak, and now that I've seen how they work, I just wished I had had them to install the conditioner in the first place. Maybe the leaks that I'm having wouldn't show up at all. Before they left the house, they ran several tests to make sure there were no other leaks in the system other than the ones they had just fixed.

Over the years Central has always been reliable and professional. Their technicians are experienced and always courteous. Since there's covid, they've been very quick in adapting their work to the new social distancing rules so that they could continue to do their job, ensuring the safety of our air condition system, while also safeguarding the health of their clients and themselves.

Professional workers. They waste no time and let you know the quote, time, and data of the intervention. If you have particular needs, they provide several options and wait for you to make your decision. There are no re-scheduling appointments, no excuses for delays, no delays in providing paperwork, and things like this. Everything is always smooth and it's not because of luckily circumstances, it's simply how they work.

AVAILABILITY: Excellent. They picked up the phone at the first call, listened to my needs without any kind of rush, and offered me different solutions. I called them back one day later, communicated my decision, and the appointment was set with ease. The technicians arrived on time. QUALITY OF THE JOB: also excellent. The technicians sent to my apartment were Mike and Joe. They had to figure out the problem since I didn't want to replace the entire system, so I guess this is why they both came. Working in pairs, they were able to do different tests until they found the fault and fixed it. FOLLOW-UP: also excellent. Before leaving, Mike and Joe told us that we could call them, or Central main number, if any further issue would show up.

I have used other companies before Central so when I say that Central is the one that can provide the best service I speak from my true experience. The greatest difference I could notice, compared to the other companies, is the attention to details and promptness in their response> you never have to ask for the things you need, like please send me the invoice, or please arrive on time. With the previous company, I had to call them when they didn't show up at the house for the appointment! Central gave me a call the day before, and 10 minutes before they arrived to communicate that they were on their way. They are amazing!

At Central, I dealt with Mike and Joe. I can say they are experts and professionals. The first time I hired Central for a small repair, the second for the replacement of my old Amanda Gas furnace. Both times the technicians worked efficiently. I also spoke to another person on the phone, don't know his name, but he was just as professional as Mike and Joe: always ready to help or give advice. They actually helped me choose the new model for a Daikin furnace) and now I took some agreement to have them take care of regular checks on it.

I have been more than happy with the work Central did in my new house. They've been so professional and accomodating. I had my first call with them when I hadn't closed the deal for the house yet. They guaranteed their availability to install a furnace and check the entire system as soon as I could get access to the house. With my second call, we scheduled two appointments: the first for an inspection of the house and its dimensions and characteristics (it's on two floors) and the second to make the job. Three guys arrived with everything they needed to install the heating system in the new house. They did a perfect job and remained available for further assistance. I would certainly recommend Central.

I always loved professionalism, and smartness. I think i can see all of them, they are really professional with AC service last time i hired for my house. They came home and fix the problem within 50 minutes after find out the problem. I just loved their service and behavior.

I can't explain about their service how professional they are. I called them last week and discuss the problem, they didn't feel bothered as I take too much time over a phone call, they are very friendly and fix the appointment. Had came to my house on time without any delay and solve my problem in a couple of hours like a magician. Am highly empress with their professionalism.
