My husband and I were recommended by a family friend to go to Flooring Liquidators Brampton. Eventhough we live in Scarborough we gave it a shot. We don't regret giving it a try. One of the staff, Andy gave us a discount right on the spot. We had so much questions and he would answer all of them. He wasn't irritated like any other staff from the Scarborough stores that we would go into. I would defintely tell other family and friends to come by here. The store is nice and clean and all the prices are pocket friendly.

I recently purchased a 500+ sq foot condo and reached out to Floorex for a quote. Firstly, Mohammad was very easy to talk to and explained the process even before coming to see the space. AFter the quote he assured me the price wouldn't change unless I requested more as we went along. He came and removed tile from the kitchen and installed hardwood throughout the unit. Because I was doing other renovations he worked around my schedule and installed the floor boards after the kitchen was installed. Mohammad and his team cleaned up their mess and kept in contact when any issues came up. I referred Mohammad to another job and I know they were also extremely impressed with his work. I have dealt with many contractors and this company by far is one of the best, as a young female many try to take advantage of me and Mohammad did not do that. The professionalism and courtesy that was shown speaks volumes to me. I would recommend them to anyone especially if you want a fabulous final product. The amount of compliments I have received is awesome. Thank you again for all the work you did!!!!

They installed 2200 square ft of hardwood. Main floor and bedrooms, kitchen. Changed the staircase pickets to rod iron. The installers were very competent. Very happy with the work.

Their work was performed professionally, in a timely manor and at a fair price. I feel confident in recommending them to any one who needs the service.

Mo and his team did a great job on our floors. They totally transformed the upstairs with the new hardwood. This is an old house with many surprises, but Mo was upfront and kept us in the loop with any concerns that came up. They finished the job in the quoted time period. He made good design suggestions that we went with, and we are very happy. I definitely recommend them!

Floorex installed our new engineered hardwood floors in our condo as well as new trims and baseboards. The installation cost was very reasonable, the installer was very friendly and deliversed quality work and Jay did a great job at coordinating it all. Recently we had to take out part of our flooring due to a leak. We reached out to Jay and managed to coordinate the original installer come back on short notice to put back in our flooring and trims. We're very pleased that this was quickly resolved and that we now get to enjoy our nice new floors again. Wold definitely recommend!

From the vary beginning we had a good feeling about Floorex. Their quotation procedure was very complete and professional. They stayed in constant contact to make sure all materials arrived. They started the job on time and finished when promised. They worked very hard and were conscientious about quality. Each night they cleaned their workspace and swept the entire house. We are completely satisfied with their work and love our new floors. They also had great ideas, like the piano effect for the stairs. They are a honest, hardworking, trustworthy and intelligent company. I would highly recommend Mohamed and his team.

Floorex Flooring Ltd were able to come in one day after our request to repair our floors after water damage from a hot water leak. We had sold our home and needed to have the repairs done quickly to avoid extra closing costs. They did a great job and were able to meet our strict time constraint.

We bought our engineered flooring well in advance of our condo renovation, and paid in full. We were assured that the flooring would be held until we were ready to use it . When our flooring installer went to pick it up - approximately 6 weeks later, only 8 boxes of the 35 paid for were available. Geri, at the Yorkdale location only shrugged, and said "it's not my problem"! When we asked for a refund, he said he could only refund $2000 per day. This company is incredibly unprofessional, and not worth even stepping into their store. Had it not been for our installer, our entire renovations would have gone off the rails.
