I had been looking for laminate flooring for our basement for quite some time and was pleased with the selection and prices at the Brampton store. I actually had a hard time selecting which product to purchase as there were several that I liked. I have visited a number of stores where I couldn't find a single product that was the right fit. The staff were helpful but not at all pushy. Overall, a good experience.

This place is absolutely the best, nice showroom, excellent staff and good prices. We went to many stores before this one and found this place to have the best selection and prices so we bought laminate for our basement a few years ago and decided to come back for wood floor for upstairs. It was nice to see the same guys again. The staff, especially Andrew are patient and took the time to answer our questions. They don’t hover over you and push you to make decisions but are always there to answer your questions which we appreciate. Definitely recommend this store. Phyllis

The Flooring Liquidators in Hamilton did our basement flooring. Old flooring had to be removed as there had been water damage from a broken pipe. We encountered several unexpected surprises, including more water damage from foundation cracks and mold on the subfloor. The guys were awesome to deal with. They explained issues as they arose and recommended the best solutions. They were flexible in timing as we had to get other trades people in to address the foundation cracks. They did an excellent job with both the new subfloor and the final flooring. We would definitely recommend this company. Our basement looks great.

I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have at the Flooring Liquidators. In August, we ordered and paid for flooring, checking stock to ensure it would be ready for our reno in September. We were assured the product would be put aside and be ready for pick up when needed. Our contractor when to pick up the flooring, only to discover it had been sold to someone else and the product was on backorder. The staff were quite apathetic to the situation and wouldn't even match the price we paid originally for a different type of flooring, even after acknowledging it was their error. Needless to say, we purchased the flooring elsewhere. The owner of the company has refused to call me to discuss the matter. If you have your heart set on a specific proctuct, I wouldn't buy it through flooring liquidators. Clearly, customer service isn't a priority for them. Looking at other reviews it seems like this happens often!!!! Yikes!!!

I found Maurice and his team on homestars website. I was looking for quote to do my flooring. He was really quick to respond. He sent some people to estimate. Those guys were very professional. I got the quote from Maurice within couple of days and went to their Brampton location to finalize the materials. There we met nice gentleman named Andrew. He was very professional and prompt as well. Got great price for everything. Waiting for finishing the installation. I am very positive that Hardwood Liquidators will finish our project on time successfully. Thanks.

Mo, Hassan and Mo worked professionally and efficiently to ensure that my flooring was installed according to the limited timeline I had to complete the project. I live in a over-regulated condominium and appreciated that Mo and his team were accommodating. I also appreciate the quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail and cleaning during the flooring installation process. The company is ethical and fair with job costing; good value overall! I look forward to working with the company again for future projects.
