    Furnace

    From sales to installation, everything was taken care. Very professional and installation technicians were absolutely great. All was explained very well by Asif and completed on time. All the work was done by experienced technicians. Highly recommended!

    New furnace

    Emergency furnace replacement. Prices were competitive prices. Purchase experience was vert professional service delivery wase excellent.

    Furnace installation GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    My old furnace was making and breaking for the last 1 month and eventually it broke down when the outside temperature was cold, i called few carrier dealers and got estimate from them and chose furnace ac experts who are carrier factory authorized dealer, they installed my furnace very professionally and provided me all the necessary documentation and warranty’s, their installers know what they were doing and they finished the job on time and my heat was on in the same day, thank you furnace ac experts for your quick and efficient service

    Totally Satisfaction

    We used furnace and Ac Experts company for our furnace installation and found reasonably priced and very competent in their work. Strongely recommend this company for all kind of heating and ac job.

    Furnace and Air conditioning installation -good job??

    MY FURNACE BROKE DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF A COLD WINTER NIGHT. I WAS PANICKING AND CALLING DIFFERENT HVAC COMPANIES THEN I FOUND THIS COMPANY “FURNACE AND AC EXPERTS.” THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE THE VERY NEXT DAY IN THE MORNING AND EXPLAINED TO ME DIFFERENT OPTIONS AND RECOMMENDED THE BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTION I GOT A GOOD DEAL ON THE AIR CONDITIONER EVEN THOUGH IT’S NOT THE TIME FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER BUT I PURCHASED AS A PACKAGE AND I GOT SPECIAL PRICING. ASIF SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL INSTALLERS WERE ALSO PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY BROUGHT ÉQUIPEMENTS AND ALL MATERIAL WITH THEM AND THEY WERE ALSO UPDATING ME WHATS GOING ON WITH THIS INSTALLATION. AFTER THEY FINISHED THE JOB THEY TOOK ALL THE OLD ÉQUIPEMENTS AND GARBAGED WITH THEM AND LEFT MY BASEMENT AS CLEAN AS IT WAS BEFORE. I AM VERY HAPPY AND IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

    WORST SERVICE EVER -DO NOT USE THEM

    they installed a mitsubishi split system a year ago and it has only worked for 3 months. i have left them over 30 messages and they DO NOT RESPOND!! they should not be in HomeStars!!

Even Mitsubishi sent their representative to check your equipment. In our last visit with Mitsubishi technician everything was ok and your system was working fine. I am sorry to say but I don't know any other way to satisfy you. If you have any issues you can directly contact Mitsubishi and we can send our technician along with them to answer your concerns because we couldn't find any performance issues in your system.

    Furnace Installation

    Asif and his installation team helped removed a old, large mid efficiency furnace and installed a new Payne furnace. Installation went smooth. The installation team was very professional and helpful. Guys did good clean up after the installation was complete. Thank you, Ashish

    Totally satisfaction

    Compared with the offers from other big players in the furnace market, we took the official offer from Furnace and AC Experts through RONA, not the hand-writing on lined paper offers from others, which do not look professional. Asif and his team are very friendly to answer our questions and provided the information that we did not get from other sources, which played an important role in decision making process. Before and after the installation date, Furnace and AC Experts contacted us several times to ensure the satisfaction. On the service day, the installation team, Hadi and John came on time. Soon they found the deformation on the furnace body and arranged delivery of a new unit. They apologized the delay but managed finishing the job by scheduled time frame. The installation place looks clean and neat, and unit works as it should be. Hadi and John were very patient to explain our technical and maintenance questions. We are sure we will continue to receive their high quality extended warranty service. Overall, we are pleased and satisfied with the services that Furnace and AC Experts provided, and happily recommend them. Dawson and Erica
