From the start, all communication was curtious and timely. Quotes were in writing. Transaction records were emailed immediately. The technician arrived on time. Explained how he was going to proceed with the installation. Completed the job and cleaned up afterwords. He provided some quick tips on the operation of the unit and left, leaving all manuals and documentation for our file. Very professional! Definately recommend this company.

Despite some 'glitches' (that's life for you) , project implemented successfully, on time and within the budget (at very competitive price). New system works quite nicely. It is much quieter, keeps our house warm and cozy. Our contractor/project manager did very decent job connecting all the dots.

I woke up to the carbon monoxide detector going off in the early morning and I got myself and my dog out of the house and called the fire department so it is a scary situatuon and I was impressed by how fast I was able to get a Carrier/Bryant dealer to come out and have a look at my furnance since it had to be red tagged by Enbridge!! Having no heat in the middle of the winter does not give u very long before the house is too cold to stay in and I was very happy to hear that Asif Khan from Furnace & AC Experts!! He was very friendly and took his time to explain my options and I felt comfortable making the decision to have my furnance replaced with a new one since it did not make sense to repair a 16 yr old furnance that's main component has broken down!!! Asif was very professional and I was very fortunate that he was able to pull strings and get my job a priority and pull some of his guys from another non-emergency job!!! He got back to me quickly to let me know that he was able to get a new furnance for me that we agreed on and give me a time that I could expect his crew to come and start the job!! I decided to make a few calls to see if I could get a better deal but it was Asif's straight forward and honesty that had me choose to stick with Furnance & AC Experts to do the job!!! The works were at my house very promptly and we're professional and respectful to my house since I am a very proud house owner and would not be too happy to have any damage done to my home!! I was happy with their professionalism and their completed job! Because I had some changes to our contract Asif's business partner came by the house once the job was completed and inspected and made the me necessary changes to my contract!! I over all was very happy with the job and would definitely recommend them to family or friends!!!

Asif (sales rep) was always very clear and professional. The installers were very hard working, working well beyond dinner time to get the job done and get our heat back before leaving for the day (was a 3 day job). They left the pace clean and tidy each day. Great guys.

My furnace required replacement. I called Furnace & AC Experts, got a good quote compared to their competition. They recommended Carrier two-stage variable speed Furnace. I was provided 10 years parts and labor warranty. They suggested finance option however I paid right in full. I am glad they will be submitting paper works for Rebate and promotion. I will be waiting for those in regular mailbox. They are authorized dealer and was local to me. They provided service in very timely manner. I am receiving good heat except in one room and the new furnace is quieter than my old Carrier furnace. They recommended I do duct cleaning as master bedroom and its attached washroom is not getting enough heat. Hope that works out well as it would be done this Friday. Suggestion: It would be great if you could ask your prospects if they require a portable heater when they call in. Most prospects would require heat. Your competitors are doing it and are asking if they could drop it and meet prospects in person. I highly recommend Furnace & AC Experts. They are really experts in their field.

Shankar and Goppe did an excellent and expert job with the high efficiency furnace and AC installation. They worked very efficiently, were very pleasant and completed the job in good time. He took his time went through everything and explained everything. Very professional. Highly recommended .

we changed the Furnace , we changed the old one with a new two stage furnace of same brand we should have up to 80% less on hydro and 20% less on gas ,hopefully .The job has done fast and clean . Thanks
