From the time that I approached Lowe's for a price to the final installation of the system it took only a week. I had Asif of Furnace & AC Experts Inc. call me the same day. Asif was very helpful in introducing me to the Carrier products. He provided me with the features that I wanted at a fair price and scheduled the installation. Because of the cold weather approaching it was important for me to get the installation done as soon as possible. The installers, John and Dave arrived on the scheduled day as promissed and had the work done between 9:30AM and 4:30PM. They were very efficient and cooperative. The weather was still warm and the furnace did not run during the day following the installation. An unexplained hiccup with starting of the furnace showed up later in the week. Dante, a very knowledgeable technician, came and found the source of the problem which was not caused by faulty equipment. I am very happy with the system, Carrier Performance Series Air Conditioner and Gas Furnace, very quiet, delivers the heat to all rooms and attains the set temperature in a very short time. It was a pleasure working with all involved and recommend their services to others.
