    Furnace down - AC Experts to the rescue

    October 2023 - my 19 year old furnace went down. I tried 3-4 differing companies and realized it was best to get apples to apples comparison. 3 of 4 recommended a mid-range furnace for numerous reasons. Then in turn after comparable quotes, and being most accommodating to timing, it was clear to me Furnace AC Experts was the choice to go with. All has been good and their install and clean up was quick. Certainly recommend them should you be in the need.

    heat pump and furnace install

    Friendly,knowledgeable and helpful staff. first follow-up was done with no hiccups. prices were honored and warranty papers were submitted on time.

    HVAC system (heat pump) and hot water tank

    We were quite impressed with you professionalism and service we received installing a new HVAC heat pump system and hot water tank. I would highly recommend them. They answered all my questions and were efficient.

    Excellent Work

    Our original furnace was red-tagged and shut down on a Saturday morning in November. After seeing all the glowing reviews, I called this company and Asif helped me right away. He did a consultation via video call and gave us a good price on a Carrier with a good warranty. The first appointment to get it installed was Tuesday, so he spent his Sunday afternoon calling all of his Monday appointments to see if any non-urgent ones would swap appointment times with us! By Monday afternoon the new furnace was in, the PVC pipe going outside was up to code, the furnace room was left spotless, and the house was warm. Also, the furnace has a lower BTU, but because its more efficient, we can set the thermostat a few degrees lower and be just as comfortable. Asif followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy. I definitely recommend this company.

    HVAC System Replacement

    New Mitsubishi Zuba Cold Climate High Efficiency heat pump was installed in October 2023. The company removed the previous HVAC system (gas furnace and AC). Job was completed as scheduled and clean up was done to my complete satisfaction. Thanks Asif. John, Osama, Parm, and Sumit have done a good job.

    Heat Pump Installation

    From start to finish this project was completed perfectly. HVAC Consultant Asif took the time to review my energy audit report to size out my system and explain the features of heat pumps. He went over the pricing options and explained all of the federal govt rebates and loan programs available. During installation John, Ayaz and the rest of the crew of 4 arrived on time and laid out drop sheets before starting work. During the 2 day install everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy. They explained the system in detail and went over the control functions before they left.

    Tankless water heater installation

    Experts from Furnace & AC recently installed a new Navien tankless water heater. We have been very satisfied with all interactions with Furnace AC, right from our initial contact with Asif all the way to post install follow up. This is our second purchase from them (furnace installed a few years ago).

    Mitsubishi whole home heat pump

    I had a Mitsubishi whole home heat pump and water tank installed by very professional installers. And Im very pleased with the outcome. I have recommended both my neighbours and relatives to use this company when its time for their next hvac upgrade.
