    New Furnace

    Initially, I spoke several times with Asif and exchanged emails. I found that Asif had lots of patience and answered all my questions. I signed the contract on April 10th evening, and the Infinity furnace was installed the next day. The technicians John and Ayaz were very polite and professional. Price was better than the other 2 dealers. My concern was that my humidifier and AC must work as before. Asif put this in contract. The technicians first checked that everything was working before installing new furnace and new thermostat. Once installed, they ensured Humidifier and AC were working along with the new furnace. The technicians did cleanup before leaving. I am very happy. Highly recommended!

    Help with furnace

    The team at Furnace and AC Experts wasted no time in scheduling a prompt installation. Asif ensured that the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Not only was the installation completed efficiently, but Asif also took the time to explain the workings of the new furnace, ensuring I was comfortable and informed.

    Furnace

    Heat pump installed

    Outstanding craftsmanship, superb customer service, and attractive pricing. Asif demonstrated extensive knowledge of the air conditioning and heat pump systems we were looking at. He addressed our inquiries with patience and furnished us with a detailed written estimate for the job. The technicians who carried out the installation were courteous and skilled, displaying professionalism in their work. Likewise, interactions with the office staff were met with courtesy and professionalism. The project was completed as scheduled, with effective communication maintained throughout. The final bill was consistent with the initial estimate, without any unexpected charges.

    Furnace Replacement

    Very understanding and honest team. Asif was very patient and helped with all my concerns in detail. Offered competitive pricing when my furnace went out and sent out a very cordial team of technicians who got the job done!

    Heat Pump Installation

    A Heat Pump System was added to our Furnace (which was impeccably installed two years ago by this same company). We are very pleased with Asif and his expert team. From start to finish, the project was done efficiently. The installation team, led by John and Osamah arrived on time, were polite, friendly, efficient, professional and very tidy. Not a spec of debris was left behind. They explained in great detail the new computerized control system, before leaving. I have recommended this company to a friend, who then hired them too. All in all, I would highly recommend anyone to talk to Asif and use his team to replace a Furnace and/or Heat Pump
